This property was PERFECT for my family of 8. The location was excellent! The pools were just steps from the condo and just a quick walk across the street to get to beautiful Eagle Beach! The house afforded us enough space so we didn’t feel crowded and the full kitchen and grill allowed us to cook some meals at home. If I come to Aruba again, this will be the first choice for us to stay. The owner was quick and responsive to my messages and easy to work with. I highly recommend this condo unit!

Great Place for Large Family/Group

The unit was beautiful, large outside area with super easy walk to the pools and beach. The unit had everything you will need for the beach, the pool cooking dinners. The host was so easy to communicate with. We had a great vacation and can't wait to come back!

FANTASTIC! This unit was perfect for our family of 5 adults and 2 children. Eagle Beach is spectacular and a short walk across the street. This ground floor unit has a large patio with lots of seating and a wonderful grill which was perfect for grilling seafood one night. Pool access is right out the back door. This was our first trip to Aruba but we will be back and will definitely stay in this unit again! Rob and Nadine are excellent hosts! Five Star all around!

Great location, within 10 minute drive of central restaurants and shopping. Right on eagle beach, 2nd most beautiful beach in the world ! AC worked great and fans were a great touch. Laundry worked great and the beach chairs came in handy ! Owners were very responsive

Aruba Birthday Bash

Spacious well organized, maintained and well equipped unit. It had everything that we needed, including beach towels, beach chairs, play toys for the children, floats, etc. We were 8 adults and 1 child with more than enough room. My family had such a great time they want to make it an annual event.

This condo had everything we needed- perfect location with a fantastic view of the ocean. The condo was very spacious for the 5 of us. We had enough space to all hang together or to be on our own. We were able to walk to restaurants and to the grocery store. We didn't rent a car and did not need one. You can catch the bus outside the gate or ask the security hut to order a taxi. I really recommend this condo

Fantastic Family Fun!

We had a great stay at this beautiful property on Eagle Beach. The rooms were cleanly and spacious, the location ideal, with lots of fun activities for young kids and older adults. We had so many lovely meals around the large dining table and everyone had their own personal space as well. The property comes with lots of beach floats and fun water toys, no need to bring your own. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Lastly we really enjoyed all the security and safety the property offered, especially traveling with young children. Would highly recommend this wonderful property!

Superb!!

Rob and Nadine we wonderful to work with. Check in was quick and easy. Place is stunning, very clean, and large enough to comfortably fit 2 families. High end amenities and fully stocked. The ground floor unit was perfect for young children so we could easily walk back and forth to the pool. The grounds of the resort are meticulously maintained and the 3 pools are perfect for children. Eagle beach is beautiful and right outside the gate. We loved everything and will definitely be back!

Wonderful Condo with beautiful views

Our family of 8 ages 6-71 stayed in Oceania 147 from 6/2025. The condo was as described on VRBO. It was very large and plenty of space for our family. The condo was very clean and modern. The patio was great with plenty of seating and a large umbrella that shaded and kept furniture dry during rain showers. We enjoyed our morning coffee and a few meals on the patio. Oceania Residences was a great place to stay. Our granddaughters enjoyed all the pools. The grounds were beautifully kept. We saw iguanas and birds. The gated fence made us feel safe although we never felt unsafe in Aruba. Eagle beach is just a short stroll across the road. The owners were very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had. We would definitely recommend Oceania 147. Thanks to the hosts for making our stay at your condo so pleasant. We made lots of family memories!

Perfect condo for a big family

We just had the best time in Aruba and this condo did not disappoint. Excellent location, very clean and accommodations was superb! Location was in between downtown and the high roses, so it was perfect. Everyone states that eagle beach is windy, but the breeze felt great under the hot sun. Pool was right outside our door and the beach location was right across the street. We did find a great place for gelato and restaurants that was walkable. We will definitely rent again and Rob the host was very helpful and was always very responsive with messages. Thank you, Rob!

Excellent Condo

This main floor condo is exactly as listed and was perfect for a group of six adults. There was plenty of room for everybody to have their own space. The condo was very clean and well stocked with everything you need.(Dish cloths and dish towels were the only things missing.) The location could not be beat - just steps away from the pools and a two minute walk across the complex to beautiful Eagle Beach. The condo complex was well maintained and there were always lounge chairs available at the pools. We appreciated the rafts, noodles, beach chairs, beach towels and especially the wagon that made transporting everything a breeze. The hosts, Rob and Nadine, were very helpful and were extremely easy to contact - the lines of communication were always open. We highly recommend this condo and we will not hesitate to book again.

Great Condo For Families

This was my grandson's high school graduation trip. We had 2 couples and 3 single persons. The accomodations were perfect. The condo allowed for plenty of privacy which permitted those that chose to sleep in to do so without any disturbance. The proximity to Eagle Beach is a definite plus. There are several restaurants within walking distance. Scooters make a fun trip to the high rise area. The condo was fully equipped with beach chairs, floats, towels and a beach wagon. The kitchen had everything you would possibly need. The large dining table and outdoor seating were perfect when we had other family members join us for dinner. The host was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. I definitely recommend this condo.

Great location in paradise

This rental was absolutely wonderful. We stayed here for 7 days and was perfect for us. 4 adults and 3 kids under 13. We all had our own bedrooms and bathrooms for each family. It’s was very clean and spacious. On the ground level so able to walk right out to the pools and spacious patio. Sat out there every night. Pools never felt crowded, like we were the only ones there :) There are enough beach towels and chairs for everyone and some floats and a cooler that was great to have. Convenient to the high rise area and 2 min walk to Eagle beach. Our only complaint was that the master bed with the sliding door and bedroom right off the kitchen didn’t get as cool as the rest of the house. There is a fan but could be cooler. We all would definitely stay here again without a doubt. Rob and Nadine were very responsive and we were able to have a later check-out! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The unit was lovely and as advertised. It was spacious, comfortable, clean and well supplied. The grocery store is conveniently located nearby. There were two gyms and multiple pools. The pools were not consistently clean of debris. They were working on the exterior of the buildings while we were there, which was noisy and intrusive. The property has ping pong and pool tables, but we were unable to locate where the paddles and cues were kept. The shower water was luke warm at best and the bedrooms were warm at night even with the AC on. You do need to cross the street to access the beach. The beach is beautiful and busy on Tuesday when the cruise ship came in. Overall, was a great vacation. It was wonderful for all 7 of us to be together. Will definitely be back. Can’t go wrong with Aruba.

Our Aruba Trip

The condo was exactly as described. It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We had room to spread out for 6 adults and 1 6-year-old. There are 2 ensuites and a shared bath. The back patio was very nice although we did not use the grill. The pool and beach supplies were plentiful with a convenient hose for rinsing off the saltwater and sand. There are nice tiki umbrellas on the beach, but you do need to arrive early. The pool area has 3 very nice pools with lots of shady areas and never crowded. The iguanas are plentiful and entertaining. We had our own parking space under the car port, but happened to be the number was missing and someone was parked in it. The security personal were very friendly and solved the issue right away. They also had great suggestions for places to go. There are also plenty of visitor spots as we needed 2 cars for our group. Only issue with finding our spot was that there was no rhyme or reason to the numbering of the spots. We were very close to the beach. You only need to cross a small road and people always stop to let you cross. The property managers were very responsive to questions or concerns. The only thing I would add is a mat inside and outside the sliding door for sand. We did use a towel to wipe our feet as there is sand everywhere. The grocery store is only 4 minutes away. Most things we did were only a 10-20 drive. We would definitely stay there again.

All you need!

Traveled with 4 adults and 5 young kids. We had everything we needed to make it an amazing stay. From all of the beach chairs to the coolers; the sand toys and the awesome wagon to tow it all to the beach. Unfortunately, when we arrived we noticed that the pool right out front was under construction and was closed. At first it was disappointing especially for the little kids who sometimes needed a reprieve from the beach. But we found the other pool next door was just as great. Unfortunately those bathrooms were also closed for renovation so we would have to go back to our room for bathrooms. The security was 24/7. Not that you ever feel unsafe in Aruba but it was comforting to know you had the security all the time. They were kind, happy and super friendly! The unit itself was as pictured. Unfortunately, as it seemed the case with the entire development, the air conditioning did not work well at all. Aruba is hot, and the sun burnt through even the closed curtains so the air conditioning did not provide much comfort at night. I suggest a few portable fans for all of the rooms. The patio in back had quite a number of ants on it so just be sure to wear shoes as they like to nibble! The hose outside the unit was great for washing down feet after the beach. Another thing that would have been good to have is a few laundry baskets. We used the pack and play as our large laundry basket. SUN NINJA Beach tent fits in your luggage. Bring it and you will be set!

Great location and easy access to the beach!

Great location and easy access to the beach! This place was perfect for our group of 7! We felt safe at all times, pools were cleaned daily and the resort was quiet! We were thankful for the wagon and beach chairs! Also, Super Foods is about 3/4 of a mile and walkable. We would most definitely stay here again!
