Seascape Retreat One-bedroom condo is a modern vacation rental that provides all the contemporary touches you require for an escape from the ordinary. It is located at the LeVent Beach Resort Aruba, the newest vacation rental resort on the 'One Happy Island'. The views of this sixth-floor condo will surely take your breath away throughout the day but especially during sunset. There is a balcony stretching across the living room and primary bedroom, complete with 2 sets of 2-chairs and a table to enjoy the view whistle unwind with a cup of coffee or your favorite cocktail.

The open plan living area is provided with a large TV, a sofa, a 6-seat dining table, and a fully equipped modern kitchen with 4-barstools. The entrance hallway lends access to a half bathroom. There is also a washer and dryer available for your comfort.

The bedroom has a king-size bed, a TV, built-in closets, and access to the balcony with stunning views. There is also an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

This unit provides you with 1,100 square feet of living space, a code-lock safety box, free unlimited WiFi, cable TV, and two flat-screen TVs (in the living room and the bedroom). This unit is located on the left hallway off the elevators on the sixth floor. Sleeps 2 guests in 1 bed.

NOTE: This condo is originally a two-bedroom (LV605) but can be booked as a one-bedroom (LV605-1) at a lower rate for your travel dates that are within 60 days of booking. It sleeps up to 2 guests. For groups of 3 to 6, we recommend renting the full two-bedroom (LV605). When booking the one-bedroom (LV605-1), the second bedroom will be locked off.

THE RESORT
The pool area at LeVent Beach Resort Aruba is set amidst lush tropical landscaping and features a swimming pool, a large hot tub, a shallow pool area for kids, and various sunny or shaded lounge areas, offering a tranquil retreat within the resort. The beach access gate is only about 100 yards from Eagle Beach. Other resort facilities include a children's playground, a fitness room, an alfresco dining area with 2 BBQ grills plus an ice machine, and a rooftop to enjoy Aruba's sunsets. On-site there is a spa: Blue Waters Day Spa. Ample free parking available within the 24/7 secured gated complex. Beach towels are provided for all of our Prestige guests upon check-in, and they can be exchanged once per day for no additional cost at our Prestige LeVent desk in the lobby. Additionally, each of the LeVent rental properties managed by Prestige Vacations Aruba is also provided with its own portable beach chairs (stored away on the ground floor of the premises) and coolers that can be taken to the beach.
