Great experience for our family. The condo was exactly as advertised and the facilities of the complex were more than we anticipated. Very easy access to Eagle Beach and pools. Staff was extremely polite and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

We stayed with another couple and our 2 newborn babies. The apartment is in great condition and really close to the beach. The complex is nice and quiet and staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay there again!

Amazing location

This property was a great fit for my family of four. It is a wonderful location, with easy access to the pools and beach. Great communication before arrival, and we were met by a cheerful woman who showed us around the property and helped us get settled with where everything was.

Richard’s place was absolutely perfect for a getaway to Aruba. Directly across from Eagle and Manchebo Beaches, seconds to the bike/scooter path, minutes to Superfood, just so central to everything you could want!The unit was spotless and spacious. We will be back for sure!!

This was a perfect location and we have no complaints! Two adult couples shared the rental and enjoyed cooking in mostly. The pool almost seemed private. The simple walk to the beach was wonderful. Would highly recommend this property! Would love to come again! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The condo was perfect, clean, plenty of space. The deck is very large with nice hot tub. The beach is absolutely beautiful and only short walk away. There are few restaurants within walking distance. We rented a car and explored the island on our own, it is super easy to drive around and see the beautiful island on your own.

Great home bad for a week or two at the beach or pool. Well stocked and a great location right on Eagle beach. This was our 2nd stay at Oceania and are sure to return! Unfortunately we had to cut this trip short due to a death on the family and hoping the host will give us an opportunity to utilize the nights we had to leave early on our shortened trip

Description of property, bedrooms, location were accurate. Inside needed major cleaning (bugs on floor, urine smelly toilet area), including the disposal of old and rusty sand chair and beach noodles. Outside patio furniture was very dirty and unit needed an outside umbrella. The patio was never used because if this We submitted a list to the management company at checkout.

1st Aruba visit

This was the first time we visited Aruba and this location could not have been better. First floor unit allowed us to have a large deck to spread out to have morning coffee and nighttime cocktails. Just a short walk to pool and just cross the street to Eagle beach, which was fabulous. Great to have washer and dryer and we each had our own bathroom. Walking distance to some great restaurants. The security people could not have been more helpful and they get us taxis whenever we wanted to visit t(e hotel area or other restaurants. Would definitely rent again.

May 2022 Aruba family trip

The property itself is wonderful. The unit was large and perfect for our family of 5 - 4 adults one child. A couple of minor issues were quickly attended to by the management company. Some of the furniture etc needs to be updated as it is past prime. Couch not the one in the photos. Deck is huge and BBQ was brand new. Great location, property and service.

Great location and condo

My first time to Aruba but my husband's second (many years ago). We loved the Eagle beach area for our family vs. the Palm beach were most the hotels are. We only used the hottub once or twice and the pool was great but my family preferred heading to the beach. The Super Food grocery store is walking distance, we over bought and had to taxi back back. The kitchen is loaded with everything you could need. There are plenty of walkable restaurants. The property management of this condo was very helpful and kind. They even mailed my daughter's beloved blanket that we left behind!! I would highly recommend and will be returning to this condo and most likely this unit.

Eagle Beach Paradise

The property is great. The location is perfect. Plenty of space for 3 adults and 2 teens. The hot tub was great after scuba diving. The only complaints, we could not get the BBQ to work (probably user error), the plastic chairs inside are not necessarily comfortable but probably needed that close to the ocean. Last but certainly not least, the dryer needed at least two cycles for a small load. This is more a concern for the owners electric bill. Overall, we had a blast. We loved Aruba and our home away from home. Thank you!

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed the location - steps from the beach, several nice pools and great restaurants walking distance as well. Appreciated the convenient parking. The place is exactly as pictured and very clean. The beds were comfortable. We really appreciated the nice beach towels, good quality beach chairs, pool noodles and anything else we needed for the beach. The kitchen was very nice, but we hardly used it.The only thing we had an issue with was that there was no hot water in the showers (although we had hot water from the sinks). We reached out to the rental manager and she sent maintenance - they tried fixing it but it was still cold. Honestly, it was so hot outside that the cold showers were doable. They kept saying that we were somehow doing something wrong, but we left the water on for several minutes on both the left and right sides to no avail. I'm sure they'll sort it out. The communication from the rental manager was wonderful. We'd definitely stay there again.

Perfect place for relaxation in paradise

Everything about this unit was perfect. It was clean, equipped with everything we needed and it was in a perfect location for us. We loved being in the quiet area right on beautiful Eagle beach. My kids were with us age 18 and 20 and although they liked being down in the palm beach area for the evening they did agree that this area was the best beach spot. We solved the issue of not having a lot to do at night by renting a car. We all enjoyed the hot tub and the pools on property. They were also usually quiet. It was nice to have chairs provided and a cooler. There were a couple skinny noodles for the pool and we bought a couple bigger ones and left them in the closet for the next renters. The managers that checked us in were informative and left a number in case we needed anything which we didn’t). There are some nice restaurants just a short walk away but everything else is only a short drive. Also close to the grocery store. My kids loved that there were huts to rent her skis just a few steps from our property. I would definitely rent from this owner again. We loved the property! I already recommended it to a friend that is planning to come this winter.

Great location. Quieter area than highrise hotels

Ana the concierge was great! The property was in the fantastic location and exactly as described If you are looking to stay away from the overcrowded area, this is perfect, Yes, still close enough to get there very easily. The property is well maintained, however, they were a few minor things overlooked. There is construction going on right next to the property all day every day including Sundays. Constant drilling and heavy machinery. Then if you are planning on doing laundry, expect to dry things at least four to five times Only two towels per guest for an entire week. The private jacuzzi was nice, however the umbrella for the deck is broke and just left there which it gets very hot. Also the toilet in the massive bedroom you have to hold down the entire time to flush. The sliding door leading to the patio does not have a handle on the outside. Which makes it very difficult to close. I understand these seem like minor issues in which they are. However, if they are minor, it should be addressed very easily. Overall, the place was great besides the small glitches. And I would have recommend it for a quieter Aruban vacation.

This condo is in a great location in a very nice complex, we were there for a month and used all the amenities including the workout center, game room, pickleball court, pools and had a parking space. The manager at the complex helped us with any issues or requests we had (beach chairs, fans).We walked every day to different places and enjoyed Eagle Beach. Thanks for a great stay.
