Very clean property with incredibly friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious too! The only downside to property is that it is on a very congested busy street and it’s difficult to get in/ out of the parking lot.

This hotel is in a very convenient location, just off the road, one of the things that makes it unique is its cookies.

The staff was not prompt in bringing linens. They actually forgot us for 24 hours. There was dirty Band-Aids in the hot tub. It had an eerie filling to the whole hotel, but it was clean in the common areas. The shower wasn’t clean when we got to our room Very limited options

It’s a great place to stay with a good amount of amenities. Very close to Knott’s Berry Farm.

Very nice room asked for room with patio I received a ground floor room with patio easy to bring my bag in. We were given warm cookies when checking in !

The Lobby staff were super friendly and professional. My room was not clean. As soon as I sat on the bed I thought I saw a bug, but it was a piece of dried up cookie on the floor in plain view. Also, there was hair in the shower on the walls and on the soap dispenser. Absolutely disgusting.

Some traffic noise heard most the night, problem with toilet clogging, TV was difficult to navigate and lots of freezing while watching. Beds and everything else was fine.

The air condition is loud causing difficult to sleep and wake up few times. Hotel refuse to provide complimentary water - mentioned that I am not a Diamond member. Texted me want to make it right but did not call me back at all.

Walls were thin, could hear other people getting ready and talking in the morning. Screaming children outside of my patio at the pool at 8:30AM First room was next to the elevator and exterior door and was extremely loud and woke me up in the middle of the night. Got moved to another room that was better but still noise issues. Lady at front desk was not polite, rude

I have been coming here for 25 years. I started coming here with my mom, and now I bring my children. Love this place. So convenient for knotts or Disneyland, cannot beat having a shuttle. On top of that there is a restaurant and bar. Come check it out.
