Ayers Hotel never disappoints. Such a great value for the price and the beds are so comfortable. There was a mixup between Expedia and hotel so checkin was a little lengthy but all was resolved.

Nice hotel, big rooms. Hot breakfast could've been better. A lot is offered but it didn’t all taste that great but its included so better than nothing. Really close to all kinds of restaurants, shopping and Disneyland ☺️

I don't really expect much from hotel's, I just want quiet and sleep anything else is extra. My children are breakfast and seemed satisfied. I have no issues with the place, I have stayed here and the Alo several times, both places are cool

We were skeptical about staying here, but we took a risk & absolutely loved this property! Here are some key facts: Room: We had a two queen bedroom which has a small dividing wall in between the two beds. The room looked pretty clean & was spacious enough for my family. No complaints. Bathroom: The bathroom consisted of the toilet & shower/tub, the sink was not located inside the restroom, rather right outside the restroom door, which was very convenient for us, when one was in the shower, the rest of us could still utilize the sink. The shower had different settings & was pretty high making it ideal for tall people. The tub was wide, which is a plus. It was cleaner than most restrooms we’ve seen in other hotels & resorts. Staff: The staff was VERY nice & friendly, from the front desk, to housekeeping, to the kitchen staff, they were all very friendly. If they take care of you like they took care of us, PLEASE make sure you tip the staff, I saw them work very hard every single time I saw them. Amenities: The hotel does have a pool & a small gym, we did not utilize them, but they looked decent. We absolutely loved that both parking & breakfast were included, one of the reasons we chose this property, it was well worth the bang for our buck! Breakfast was the basic pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage & potatoes along with the coffee, juices, teas, bagels, cereals, yogurt, fruits & muffins, for it being included, it was very nice & it got the job done. I recommend this property!

If you are looking for a hotel near Disneyland this is a great option, and breakfast is included. If you are planning on driving to Disneyland I recommend parking at the toy story parking lot in the morning and take the free shuttle.

Spacious room with good layout. Great communication with staff (person named Ree) prior to check in since we had some requests. Person who checked us in could have been friendlier -- never smiled, acted like we were a nuisance. Maybe you need to staff the night crew with people who like working that shift. Morning reception staff much nicer and were helpful. Breakfast was mediocre. Treadmill at the fitness center needs lubrication and maintenance. Housekeeping staff was great. Overall, it was still a pleasant stay and would book at an Ayres hotel again. Thank you.

Ayres Inn properties are always top-notch. We prefer staying at their various locations. This one had a difference which we didn’t care for. Normally, Ayres provides a nice Happy Hour with snacks, wine, beer and sodas. This one didn’t. The restaurant is privately owned and food was so-so. It was a surprise. That said, our overall stay was fine. Thanks.
