Nautical and bright sets the mood for the cottage. Plenty of things to do locally and easy drive to major area attractions. 705 sq ft cottage with laundry room/utility sink and stackable washer dryer and walk-in shower. 8’x8’ deck with seating off the bedroom. Whole house water filtration system. Privacy fence surrounding entire property. Front porch with seating. It's a very relaxing place!

Fantastic cottage centrally located, beautifully decorated & cozy.
Beautiful clean cottage with gracious and helpful property owners. Even our dog enjoyed the stay. Highly recommend. The most gracious hosts treat you like family!

Perfect quiet cottage!
This guesthouse is super roomy, clean and quiet. It had everything we needed and a feeling like home. Very comfortable bed and living area.

Beautiful Florida Cottage
The cottage is nestled at the back of the property of the hosts which made it really helpful if there was any need for communication. Very private. Cottage had everything we could have ever needed. Very comfortable furnishings.

Cute cottage in the perfect location!
We enjoyed our stay so much! Mona and Bobby were perfect hosts! The cottage was private and clean. We went out to dinner for most of our meals but it has a full kitchen with everything you would need to cook. The location was perfect! Extremely close to Blue Springs - less than a 5 minute drive, also you're 10 minutes from downtown DeLand which has a ton of restaurants, bars, and shops. The cottage has the cutest little front porch where we loved to eat our breakfast in the morning. It's the perfect size for a couple, but three adults may be a bit tight. Highly recommended - we will definitely be back!

Awesome Cottage
Couldn’t have asked for better hosts. Cottage was clean and well maintained. Put us right between Orlando and Daytona beach so we had the best of both worlds. Great place to stay!!!!
