PARKING INFO:
Two parking passes will be included with your reservation. No more than 2 vehicles are allowed per reservation (strictly enforced). Oversized vehicles or trailers not allowed. Please reach out to us if you need assistance finding overflow or oversized offsite parking.

**Strict HOA policy regarding pets. Renters are limited to 1 pet that must be no larger than 40lbs in peak summer months (2 pets permitted before Memorial Day and after Labor Day)**

Pet Restrictions (per the condo HOA):
* 1 max between Memorial Day to Labor Day; 2 max other times of the year.
* Max 40lbs weight limit
* Must be on leash at all times outside the condo while on condo property
* No dogs allowed on pool deck or beach (city ordinance)
* Cannot be left unattended on balcony
* Pet owners must clean up after pets
* Pets who threaten, excessively bark will not be tolerated.
* Completed and signed Pet Addendum required

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

The property was great...clean and as advertised...toaster caught fire when we tried to use it...reported it and was told they would bring another but never did...only other issue was the check in procedure...had to call to get the entry code other than that we had a blast and will book with you the next time we come to Orange Beach!!

My husband and I travel every summer with another couple and this by far was one of the cleanest accommodations we stayed at. The view was spectacular, and everything we needed was just steps away. I would definitely go back, maybe next time with my kids.

Great Condo

This place was awesome. We will definitely be back and will rent again. The location was awesome. Very relaxing even with a bad weather week. Only negative they need to change the blind in the master it comes of the track. Just put curtains like they did in the living room. Orange Beach has some of the best restaurants compared to Destin. See you next year!

Great communication with the management team. Very clean and exactly as described. The only issue was that one elevator was completely OOO and the second one stopped working the night before we left. We weren't surprised as a lot of people had commented on it in their reviews. Otherwise a great stay!

Good relaxing venue

Good except for interruptions for repairs to tv and fire alarm system. Also, saxophone man who decided to play a concert at 8:45 in the morning and later in the evening for 2 or 3 days. Very loud and beyond annoying!!!😡😡 And very loud construction noise from 7th floor all day for several days which we understand from one of the workers was for tile replacement..

I give it a 4. The 2nd bedroom faces the street with thin mini blinds only covering the window. At night it looked like daytime. Couldnt sleep in there. We both snore and have to sleep apart. LOL.We are 62 and 65. Great condo otherwise!

Location location location

We truly enjoyed this beautiful newly renovated condo right on the beach with the most magnificent view of the ocean from living room kitchen and master bedroom! The decoration of the condo is clean simple and chic and an awesome example of minimalist design which is just what we need from our daily clutter. It cleared our eyes and minds. The building is on the beach so convenient for our daily walk on the beach and the glorious views of sunrises and sunset are just to die for. Walmart and Rouses supermarkets are a walk across the street. Publix is 2 minute drive away. And last but not the least I’m so impressed with the management. I was texted a couple of days before our trip and they responded quickly when we had problems with Beth and kitchen. Even my teenage daughter was impressed with the place and that said a lot 😂

The only thing that wasn’t good are the mattress on both beds. They are worn out. Also the pillows need to be replaced. Everything else was good, and we loved the location.

Orang Beach Mini Retreat

The condo on the beach was perfect for some family get together time. Each morning there were dolphins to watch from the balcony with your coffee in hand. The kitchen has all the items you need to cook what ever meal you want. The master bed was really comfortable.

Great get-a-way!

We spent three weeks here and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was convenient to everything, it was clean, we were able to have our dog here and my wife read more than one book while enjoying the scenery from the balcony.

Beautiful view, good size

2 bedroom is perfect size for 4 plus 2 dogs. The balcony was my favorite. Unlike railing balconies where the view is blocked right at eyesight, this condo uses railing that provide good view. The furniture on big balcony is so comfortable that i spent a lot of time there. UBER is a convenient way to travel due to parking at establishments in town but driving is close to everything too. As mentioned before, there is a little mold around window. A litte bleach would help. Higher price. Do compare .e view.supportive railing that

Absolutely AMAZING!!!!

From the minute we walked in and saw that Ocean view, game over, vacation mode engaged.. Great communication from the management company. Nice and close to shopping and restaurants but best of all a hop skip and jump to a beautiful beach and also great to relax by the pool as well. Definitely looking to come back to the Gulf Shores soon 🙂☀️
