The Space:
Welcome to the Regency Isle 1102 Penthouse, a splendid 3-bedroom, 3-bath Gulf-front condo that epitomizes luxury and comfort. This exquisite Orange Beach condo rental is a haven for those seeking a tranquil retreat, accompanied by the sound of waves.

Perched on the top floor, this penthouse unit offers mesmerizing Gulf views from its expansive private balcony, furnished with ample seating to immerse you in the scenic beauty of the ocean.

Indulge in the opulence of the Primary suite, boasting a plush King bed and a flat-screen TV. The ensuite Primary bath is a sanctuary of relaxation, featuring a Jacuzzi tub, a separate shower, and dual vanities, offering a spa-like experience. The second bedroom is cozy and inviting, with a Queen-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and convenient access to the hall bath. The third bedroom, with its Queen bed, flat-screen TV, and private bath, ensures comfort and privacy for all guests. The condo comfortably sleeps up to 8 people, thanks to the additional sofa sleeper in the living area.

The penthouse exudes elegance with its high ceilings, tile floors throughout the living area, and plantation shutters. For wellness and relaxation, there's a sauna and steam room, creating a spa-like atmosphere for rejuvenation. The fitness center is available for guests who want to keep up with their exercise routine, and the activity room with a TV provides a casual space for leisure. The property includes a deeded boardwalk leading directly to the beach, equipped with outdoor faucets and a shower for convenience after beach activities. Complimentary WIFI throughout ensures guests can stay connected during their stay.

The Neighborhood:
When you're not grilling or dining in at this beautiful condo, sample one of many local eateries around town - several have been featured in Southern Living Magazine. The famous Flora-Bama Lounge & Oyster Bar is only a short 5-minute walk from the unit and is a local hotspot for freshly shucked oysters, delicious seafood, and a litany of fun events such as their annual Interstate Mullet Toss!

Drive 6 miles down the island to the Lost Key Golf Club. Here you can play a round of golf on a picturesque course and enjoy lunch in the restaurant afterwards. This beautiful 18-hole course is situated near Dolphin Pass on Perdido Key and was redesigned by the famous Arnold Palmer Design Group. Other golfing choices around Orange Beach include Craft Farms, Glen Lakes, and more.

This unit is a short 5-minute drive to downtown Orange Beach, grocery stores, and is situated near local shopping centers and restaurants. There are numerous places nearby for rental needs such as jet skis, stand-up paddle boards, and helicopter tours of the coast! Also, within a short 10-minute drive are State and National Gulf Coast Parks. Conveniently located, there is something nearby for everyone to see and do!

Getting Around:
PARKING:
Two parking passes are included with your reservation. Upon arrival, you will get parking pass from our office which is 4.8 miles from the complex. If coming in town from the Beach Express, it is only one mile “out of the way”. We offer overflow parking at our office for $50/stay.

Other Things to Note:
*This condo is a NON-SMOKING condo even on the balcony.

*AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

We had an amazing stay at this beach condo! The location couldn’t have been better—just steps from the sand with stunning ocean views, and within short distance to shops, restaurants, and local attractions.The furnishings were not only stylish but also super comfortable. Everything was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged, which made it easy to relax after a day in the sun.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-managed beach retreat!
