A fully functional kitchen with new cabinets & granite countertops is right at your fingertips and offers all that you will need for making family meals. The dining area accommodates 4 with a decor that is stylish and contemporary. A breakfast bar for 2 adds even more room for the entire family. A spacious living area with tons of comfortable seating that makes for a perfect place to settle in after those long, playful days at the beach! Both the master and guest bedrooms have new plank Flooring & are equipped with flat screen televisions, high speed internet, and Dish Network offering 200 channels.
When you enter this wonderfully furnished unit, you will be taken back by the breathtaking views of the white sandy beaches, crystal blue waters, and wonderful views of the Gulf, Pool and Perdido Pass. The open floor plan allows you to provide a fabulous meal while socializing with guests in the living area and providing a wonderful water view.

The master bedroom provides a large comfortable king size bed, new plank flooring, large flat screen TV; attached bath w 2 vanities, new granite countertops, new cabinets, new faucets and sinks, and the bedroom has access to the balcony, and beach front views.

The Guest Bedroom offers two double beds, new plank flooring, flat screen TV, and a spacious attached bath, also with new cabinets, granite countertops, faucets, and sinks.

Unit features a New washer and dryer, ironing board and iron in the unit. All linens are provided, just bring your beach towels and sunscreen!

We couldn't have been more happy with our stay! The condo was beach side and very family oriented. We were very pleased and had no complaints reference the accommodations. Exactly as listed! We found this property to be perfect for our family vacation. It was convenient for us enjoying the beautiful beach and also the pools. The weather was cooler than expected , so we loved having a heated pool and jacuzzi on the premises The owner was a wonderful communicator and addressed any need that we had in a very timely manner. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to stay here again!

We booked our stay to celebrate my husband's birthday and invited my mom as a mothers day gift. The condo was perfect. We had great access to the condo and the beach. The condo was in a great location in town and the staff were wonderful. Kathy was very responsive to our messages and incredibly helpful. I would highly recommend this condo for your next vacation.

My husband, myself and our 3 daughters enjoyed our week In this unit. Everything we needed was located inside the condo, my girls were able to have their own space and of course, there were plenty of necessities provided. My only suggestion would be new furniture. The couch and the chairs were very uncomfortable just because of the wear and tear on them, which I know is not any fault of the owners. Kathy was very responsive any time I had questions. Great place to stay!

Phoenix VI was great. It’s exactly as the pictures portray. I was with 2 girls in their 20’s and they loved it. Great location - close to grocery stores., souvenir shops. & Walgreens which we needed for our sunburn. I would recommend staying here to anyone.

Location of the place was wonderful. Loved having a garage parking spot! Pool was a lot of fun. Some stuff we didn’t love about the place was living room furniture was a little outdated. The first bedroom shower head was old and didn’t wash off well and the drain didn’t work so you stood in water. Master room was great.

The condo was really nice and in a good location to any needs. The unit advertised to sleep 8 but actually wasn’t big enough for our group of 7 adults. That is no fault toward the unit just on me. Other than the uncooperative weather my families lay had a good time. I would recommend this condo to others who plan to visit.

The location was awesome! They could use more than 1 person checking people in! The property could have been a little cleaner and they were working on the AC, which we were never told about until we saw the signs hanging when we checked in. We only had air for the first 2-3 days of our 8 day stay!

We thought this was a great size place. Loved that the extra bedroom had 2 full beds and en-suite bathroom. Kitchen was well-stocked and kitchen appliances nice. Black out shades are perfect to have! Could use a “twice annual” style cleaning to get the grime around the baseboards and bathroom corners as well as clean the sofa fabric. Deck chairs are wobbly and rusted needing replacement. Check-in and out was so simple and the garage parking spot was wonderful to have!

We enjoyed our stay. But wanted you to know that there is a few things the owner could do to make things a little more comfortable. The towels and cloths were so hard and thin. The master shower is so dark because of the curtain. And the carpet is really old and stained.
