"When I approached the property at night, my first impression wasn't the best. One had to enter through a convoluted Batcave like road and the neighborhood appeared a bit seedy. I wondered what I was getting into. However, that initial impression was *completely* unfounded. In daylight, the neighborhood was fine. The entrance was in the back of the property because the front had a pool . . . yay!! Most importantly, the property was VERY nice. The location was across the street from the beach. Moreover, there were a lot of nearby places to get food. Everything was clean, comfortable, and efficient. The service was super friendly (thumbs up for James at the front desk!). I liked it so much, I stayed a second night (the tasty breakfast pushed me over the top). Ironically, the only service hiccup was how long it took to extend my reservation by a night (what IS all of that typing :-) ), a VERY minor nit. Definitely would stay there again sans hesitation!!"

"Room was great. Big. Clean. The bed was super noise everytime you moved. Michelle was great to chat to before we left clearwater with the hurricane coming to get info from. When we showed up at 8pm 2 guys were working the front desk. The one with the Carhart jacket on was not helpful. Didn't give us any breakfast info, elevator direction, wifi info, nothing. When I called down to see if restaurant was open they told me they had no phone number for them theyd have to walk over. Really I did a simple Google search for the ph # and called they couldve put me on hold and did that customer service for me."

"The room was cozy, clean and updated. Loved that the kitchen was fully stocked with great cookware and cutlery! The AC and dehumidifier were excellent! The full bed was super comfy! The pull out bed was very uncomfortable but the host said that would be replaced.The pools were awesome! The one on the 1st floor was shaded a lot which was a great break from full sun! I’ve never had to pay 35 for parking and had trouble locating the staff to pay but got the number from the host and tracked them down."

"Kitchen and main bathtub faucets need to be checked. They both leak. Main bedroom TV couldn't find signal. I would suggest explanation cards for TVs in each room since you have so many remotes. Living room remote doesn't stay charged. Thankful I had a charger that worked for it."
