  • Welcome to Camp 16, a stunning waterfront retreat that was completely renovated in June 2026. Nestled along the western shore of Cupsuptic Lake, part of the magnificent Mooselookmeguntic Lake system, this four-bedroom home offers the perfect blend of modern comfort and classic Maine camp charm.

    Wake each morning to unobstructed lake views that can be enjoyed from nearly every angle, whether you're relaxing inside or taking in the scenery from the expansive outdoor spaces. The home features a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Starlink internet, and a comfortable living room designed to showcase the spectacular waterfront setting. A second living area in the basement includes a bar and a spacious bunk room, making Camp 16 an ideal destination for families and groups.

    Outside, Camp 16 truly shines. The beautifully landscaped lawn leads to a sandy waterfront with easy walk-in access to the lake, a private deep-water dock, and a mooring for your boat. Spend your days paddling the provided kayaks and canoe, playing cornhole on the lawn, grilling dinner on the gas grill, or sharing stories around the custom fire pit as the sun sets over the water. With plenty of outdoor seating, including Adirondack chairs and a comfortable wicker set, plus pet-friendly accommodations, Camp 16 offers everything needed for an unforgettable Rangeley Lakes getaway.

    Sleeping Arrangements: First Bedroom Queen, Second Bedroom Queen, Third Bedroom Master Queen (attached bathroom), Fourth Bedroom Lower Level with Three Twin Bunk Bed Sets (6 Twins Total). Sleeps up to 10 guests.

    Location: On the western shore of Cupsuptic/Mooselookmeguntic Lake. 13 miles to downtown Rangeley, 7 miles to downtown Oquossoc, 21 miles to Saddleback Mountain.

The location and house was great. Sandy beach and easy access to town. One change we would make to the house was a wider dock so you can enjoy sunrise and rest of day sitting next to someone rather than having someone behind you.
