"The Hotel was very clean, close to everything, the beds were so comfortable, staff was very quick to respond and very respectful, it was an overall pleasant experience.

"I don’t feel safe to stay here if you were alone. But what you get is what you pay for. For the price I spent, I cannot complain. The 3rd floor room I stayed in was fairly clean.
Though, people on the 2nd floor might be living there, and their door was often open. Some people were in and out at night, so there was some sketchy thing going on for sure. "
"Rooms were very affordable for the location and very nice and updated. We didn't care for the pool being right next to a bar , suggestion would be build a wall for some privacy. Served free breakfast from 6am-9pm and I am not an egg person but have to say their scrambled eggs were the best I have ever had. We would definitely stay here again if or when back in Nashville "
"Customer Service is 10 X above 5 stars. The front desk service went above and beyond the call of duty. Ms. Brenda and Gerilyn are amazing employees. Every Country Inn & Suites would be fortunate to have these 2 on staff. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional. We have spent the next 3 nights of our trip at CI&S because of the wonderful service we received in Nashville."
