I booked a triple room and, to my surprise, the room has no AC. No air conditioner in Europe's summer heat. I complained but the only thing they could offer was an extra fan. Also, the room lighting was so poor it felt like staying in a basement. For the price, I expected honesty and basic comfort. Our bedroom was excellent too and so clean with a very comfortable bed too. My only criticism of this hotel would be the bar downstairs and the fact that you could not order bar snacks - also, any food had to be from the restaurant menu and before 10pm. I did not find the bar staff particularly friendly either and the bar in general lacked atmosphere.
