Life's a Beach! Waiotahe Drifts Estate

Spacious and modern three bedroom home in Beach Estate.

Spectacular living options at this near new, modern lifestyle home in the ever-popular Waiotahe Drifts subdivision.
This three bedroom home is well set up for a couple of days or weeks at the beach. Once you’ve unpacked and spread out on the deck, in the sun or in the shade, (you can do both here!) you won’t want to leave. The main bedroom features a whopping California king, with ensuite and bedrooms two and three are both queens. There is also an option of a sofa bed in the lounge.
There’s a fire for warmth in winter and a heater, with multiple doors to catch a breeze in the summer, out onto the best ever deck, with ample seating options.
Outdoor shower, to wash away the sandy beach feet, bar leaner for the boys, whilst swapping fishing stories, it’s all here and you can be too.

The entire house is available for guests, the garage is not available.

Wonderful New Zealand Staycation
Wonderful property if you are looking for a place away from the city. Excellent and accurate communications with the property management team, many thanks Wendy. Check in was super easy and this was by far and away the best equipping residence that we have ever stayed in. The property had a large outdoor area including a kitchen plus a shaded area if you wanted to get out of the sun. We were only a block from the beach if the ocean is what you are looking for and there was great fishing in the nearby lakes if you bring your boat. I would also add the Opotiki Golf Club was accommodating and made it very easy to get out on their course. During our stay we were fortunate enough to have met the property owners, Caroline and Malcolm, and shared a glass of wine with them on the property’s spacious deck. They even invited us out to their Station, but sadly we weren’t able to take them up on their generous offer. Perhaps next time.

Dark house
The house was dark and had 3 bulbs broken. The TV had no volume. We were ghere in a storm and the light in the lounge were dull and we felt like it was a cave. It was hard to find the tea and coffee. Only 2 wine glasses left also. Photos did not live up to the house.
