"Good for young party goers ONLY. Above an extremely loud restaurant for 300 people with loud music, techno DJ, live performers, inebriated guests until 2 am. Building front entrance always propped open by staff or random diners (all men) who would be sitting on the staircase smoking. Did not feel safe as a woman walking up 3 flights to my apartment. Nice location and new appliances. Clean enough but not thoroughly, corners not wiped, shower with mold. Bed comfortable. No couch just second bed."

"The location was fantastic, from terminal 1 Nice airport it was only a few minutes walk. If you arrive at terminal 2, get the free tram 1 stop to terminal 1 and it’s directly across the road. It’s 4 min walk to the train station St Augustine cote de azur which is the main track to Nice, Canne , Antibes , Menton The beds are extremely comfortable and the room was very clean. I would definitely stay there again"

"This hotel is very conveniently located if you want to stroll along the Promenade or explore Old Nice, and the staff are very kind and helpful, however, the hotel is not particularly accessible. If you have any mobility issues, I would not recommend this hotel, as you need to go up a few steps to get to the lift, and said lift doesn't have room for mobility aids. The shower is also very difficult to climb into with its high tub walls. That being said, if you do not have any mobility/access issues, then this is a great hotel and would be a good option!"

"The hotel was a great location to any and everything I needed while in Nice. It’s a short walk to trams, subway, and the regional train. The property was extremely well-kept and clean. Upon arrival, the staff was very polite, accommodating, and communicative. The manager, Elody, was fantastic. If I have to include a negative, I’d say I wish there were more items on site for purchase (such as drinks or snacks) after breakfast hours."

"Hotel is beautiful, staff was very helpful, breakfast was as great. Lots of good choices. The view is outstanding!! But, it is far from everything. You will need to hire bolt, uber or taxi which will add to your cost to stay. Bolt has cost us an average of $12-$40.00Euros each way!!!! Depending on where you go. There is no way to get to a train or bus from there. But it is absolutely beautiful!!"
