The room was clean, more than enough amenities and clean towels were big enough. All the staff were nice and friendly.

As I mentioned before, the staff is very friendly and the cleanliness is excellent, but we were not able to sleep well, even with the room upgrade that was given to us. The air conditioning simply does not work as it should. For that reason, I would not choose to stay there again.

The Pytloun is well located on Wenceslas square - bit more like a "boulevard" than a square! A central area of town with the main National museum at one end of the square, and it is a wide street, lined with shops, but called Wenceslas Square - So great central location just in the new town, but on the edge of the "Old Town" The hotel building itself is old, but inside is all refurbished and smart with comfy beds, good amenities and delicious food - see the photo on Expedia site. Staff were friendly and helpful and I would certainly go back and be happy to recommend

Absolutely incredible!! First time to Europe, but I’ve stayed at Four Season properties all over the US and always have a great experience. Always appreciate the small details an excellent customer service training. 100% will be coming back!! Highly recommend!
