Guests have access to the entire house. The house is bordered by agricultural woodland on the north and east sides. On the west side, there is another similar villa, ensuring sophisticated neighbors, separated by large walls and lush greenery. The south side reveals the villa’s elevated position, ensuring privacy and magnificent sea views. The villa is located in one of Opatija’s most charming and peaceful areas – Šetalište Carmen Sylve. This scenic, elevated promenade offers stunning views of the Adriatic and is surrounded by greenery, elegant villas, and walking paths once favored by European nobility. Just a few minutes from the sea and the famous Lungomare coastal promenade, the neighborhood combines natural beauty with timeless elegance and provides the perfect setting for a relaxing stay near the heart of Opatija. Please note: upon arrival, a refundable cash security deposit of €1500 is required. The amount will be returned in full at check-out, provided no damage or breaches occur during your stay.
