This exclusive villa with pool is located above the beautiful Opatija Riviera, in a complex of five modern villas. You will enjoy the location because of the peace and quiet, the beautiful view of the Kvarner Bay, the pleasant summer evenings near the forest and the possibility of starry nights. Each villa has its own large pool and fenced garden. The interiors are very spacious and comfortable. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, there is also a gym and jacuzzi area, the wine cellar and other contents for your enjoyment. It is ideal for a rest from everyday stress, but from the house you can reach the sea and tourist destinations in just 10 minutes by car. If you drive in the opposite direction, you will find yourself on the mountain of the nearby Uka Nature Park with numerous hiking and cycling trails.
