Bed and Breakfast in Ooltgensplaat

"Fantastic!! This was our favourite hotel!! We were travelling for three weeks so stayed in many places but this one stood out from them all. The hosts were friendly and accommodating. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. The decor was perfect. The host provided us with a map of the area and restaurants which was super helpful. My husband unfortunately needed a doctor during our stay and the host got us an appointment with the local doctor within an hour!!! The breakfast was...

"This property was beautiful and perfect for our family. It gave us space to share meals as well as having our own bedrooms. The owner was delightful - very friendly and helpful. The steps are very steep, however, which is typical of Dutch properties so be mindful if this is going to be a problem for you. The house is easily accessible and within walking distance to Schiedam as well as shops and dining options. We used a taxi from the train station. Can’t wait to be back and to stay here...

"Na het boeken kreeg ik de bevestiging binnen waarin stond dat ik tussen 15.00 en 18.00 kon inchecken. Gezien mijn reis zakelijk was zou ik pas om 21.00 aankomen. Even een belletje en geen probleem dat ik op dit tijdstip kon komen. Bij aankomst vriendelijk ontvangen. Locatie is mooi rustig gelegen en de kamer netjes en comfortabel. 's Morgens stond er een uitgebreid en lekker ontbijt klaar. Alles met elkaar een super fijn verblijf!"

Wir sind zusammen mit unserem Hund angereist und waren oft in der näheren Umgebung spazieren. Der Strand war menschenleer und war perfekt dafür. Die Wohnung an sich ist im Endeffekt nur ein Raum wo sich alles abgespielt hat. Die Toilette war unten separat (etwas eng). Die Vermieterin (Annelies) war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir sind sehr zufrieden abgereist und können die Unterkunft...

"Einmalige Unterkunft, sympathische Gastgeber! Ein kleines Juwel in Dordrecht mit traumhaft schönen Garten und einem Sitzplatz fürs Frühstück in der Sonne. Das Frühstück wird mit Liebe gemacht und auf einem kleinen Rollwagen am Morgen vor die Türe gestellt. Der Kaffee von der neuen Kaffeemaschine ist göttlich und das Frühstück selbst ist ein Traum. Die beiden Gastgeber sind sehr sympathisch und geben einem Tips zu dem wunderschönen Dordrecht. Die Schlafqualität in dem grossen Bett ist optimal....

"This place is in a beautiful location. The only drawback would be that you really need a car to get there. The owner will send you the directions because google maps is all wrong. There is a very nice restaurant 150 meters from the B&B located on the water."

"My wife and I found this place in the middle of a week long trip around the Netherlands and Luxumbourg. This place immediately stood out because it was different (a yacht) and that it had the Maria Callas theme. We really enjoyed the ambience and the fascinating history of (what is now) Willem's yacht. "Loved our loft room with a view of the windmill. Hope you didn’t bring heavy luggage cause the view is amazing but the stairs with heavy luggage might be a challenge for some. Not bad without luggage. Built in 1650’s you see the original rafters through out the stairwell. Great central location. Parking is offsite."

"My second stay there after visiting Paris and Brussels. Room is tidy and clean. However shower room outlet was faulty - water outlet is choke and waste water discharge was very slow. The engineering guy did look into it but problem was not rectified. "

"Der Park ist noch sehr neu und modern ausgestattet. Unsere Lodge war modern und innen mit allem ausgestattet was man brauchte. Die Rezeption war sehr freundlich, alles war gut durchdacht und organisiert. Zwei Kritikpunkte: 1. der Außenbereich der Lodge war ungepflegt, überall Disteln, nichts gemäht und es gab keine Essmöglichkeit draußen. Das war schade! 2. die Checkout-Zeit ist in einem Familienpark sportlich bemessen mit 10 Uhr. Da wären 1-2h länger angemessen."
