"The hotel recently opened, everything is super clean and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The only thing I have to say about this hotel… they don’t have parking. Took us about 15 minutes to find a parking spot, until we found out there was a garage close with razonable prices, we paid 20 dollars for 24hrs. "

"New hotel in an isolatd part of Long Island City. Clean, quiet and well priced. Staff not helpful or at all knowledgable about surrrounding area. Most staff speak English as a second language. Housekeeping staff inattentive and unreliable."

"My daughter and I stayed at the Sheraton Times Square for our weekend visit to the city, and I would absolutely stay there again! It was so walkable to everything we wanted to do, and I really appreciated that we were each given an included bottle of water from the hotel gift shop each day. The room was comfortable and clean, and all of the staff were very kind! The hotel was undergoing renovations during our stay, but we did not experience any noise or disruption. I hope to be able to come back to see what changes were made!"
