Really enjoyed staying at this place, especially for the price. There were a few minor inconveniences, but other than that it was a great experience.

The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to walk around and explore the city. It’s also just a short Grab ride to most of the main attractions — very convenient. The property itself shows a bit of age, and breakfast is served at a nearby location. The food was okay. Our room was comfortable and clean, though a little dated. Overall, a simple and convenient place to stay.

The Acoustic Hotel & Spa was amazing. We stayed here for part of our honeymoon and the staff was wonderful. They greeted us at the front door and helped with our luggage. When we checked in they brought us drinks and fresh fruit in the lobby. We had a couples spa package that was so relaxing! The front desk staff greeted us and wished us well every time we left and returned to the property. The rooms were spacious and house keeping kept everything nicely maintained and provided complementary waters, wine, and fruit. Absolutely recommend for anyone visiting Hanoi.

Staff was great, rooms were clean and comfortable. Overall a comfortable stay. Also was located in an area with plenty of shops nearby.
