Goodyear Lake Boathouse - charming historic cottage overlooking the water
- GOODYEAR LAKE - Built in 1901, this historic property consists of a boathouse cottage and an adjacent 3-story main house(rented separately). There are 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, and an outdoor shower.
Lighted wooden steps show the way from the driveway to each house. Outdoor amenities include extensive waterfront decking, Adirondack-style seating, and a fire pit.
This property is convenient to baseball tournaments in both Cooperstown and Oneonta.
BOATHOUSE
The Boathouse cottage is adjacent to the Lodge (rented separately). With its over-the-lake woodland setting, it offers the most private of accommodations within the compound. The cottage consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with 2 queen beds, a full bathroom with tub, an outdoor shower, a kitchen with newer appliances including a dishwasher and washer/dryer, a comfortable living room, dining room, and a private screened-in porch. The décor is a mix of leather and antiques. It has hardwood floors throughout, plus 3 SmartTVs.
