What looked like a dam in the photos turned out to be a pool in a water course and was the perfect spot to be. Once the sun got low it felt private enough for us be comfortable and feel alone out there which was exactly what we wanted. "The house is well designed and located close enough to the Shoal Bay shops and Country Club. However the house was not clean. There were cobwebs in the main living area and kitchen, all the window sills were dirty with dead ins"
