Spacious villa with salt water swimming pool (not heated) located 3 minutes by car from the beach of Ondres, 30 minutes on foot along forest paths and 10 minutes by bike by the Vélodyssée which is located 50 m from the house.<br>The villa is composed of a large living room with fully equipped open kitchen, offering direct access to a covered outdoor terrace of 80 m2, equipped with a plancha. <br>On the ground floor, you will find a kitchen, dining room, living room, a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, a fridge and a freezer; a bedroom, a bathroom (walk-in shower) and a separate toilet.<br>Upstairs, a mezzanine built in the spirit of a boat deck, composed of a relaxation reading area and a billiard table. Two bedrooms, a bathroom with WC.<br>The house has reversible air conditioning, a wood stove and two private parking spaces.<br>The configuration of the house, makes it an ideal place to spend a holiday with family or friends, it is located in a quiet residential area and conducive to rest.<br><br>We do not have a charging station for electric vehicles, and our electrical installation and the power of our metre do not allow you to charge a vehicle, even on a conventional domestic socket. We thank you for your understanding and invite you, if necessary, to use the public charging stations available nearby during your stay. <br><br>Please read the starting instructions (see internal rules): <br>End-of-stay cleaning is not included. Tenants are required to clean the accommodation and return it to its original state of cleanliness. <br><br>A security deposit, cheque or cash (1000 €) will be required upon arrival.
