Beautiful house feet in the water, fully equipped, fully renovated in 2018, located on the dune overlooking the main beach of Ondres
It has a wooden terraces of 100sqm facing south on the ground floor, two terraces of 45 sqm and 25sqm upstairs each overlooking a beautiful sea view. Dream holidays with the ocean on the first line, ideal for lovers of skiing and fishing. In addition you have bike paths of the Landes forest nearby, as well as an equestrian center. Ideally located between Biarritz and Hossegor, you can discover as easily the Basque country as the southern Landes. A restaurant of fresh fish and seafood open all year will allow you to give a gastronomic accent to your stay.

Todo resultóuy bien, la casa está muy bien ubicada, equipada con todo tipo de detalles. Únicamente es complicado el tema de aparcar En la casa solo cabe un coche y para poder acceder a la zona de aparcamiento más cercana es necesario tener un cartel identificativo para el coche que no se nos facilito. Estuvimos a punto de ser multados por la policía en dos ocasiones.

Great stay

A well equipped villa that is right on the beach and conveniently located for Biarritz and San Sebastián. The villa is very comfortable and has lots of spaces for one to chill and relax. The beach is a nice long beach but can be dangerous with powerful waves. Would definitely return one day. The owner was responsive and helpful all the time.

Maison d’architecte extrêmement bien finie et bien située pour les amoureux de l’Océan 🌊 … Les + : - sa Situation (quasiment au bord de l’océan et surtout de la zone surveillée de baignade), - son Confort (14 vrais couchages, literie de qualité, maison très bien équipée) Les - : - Petit extérieur en Rdv (petite piscine surtout pour 14…) - Odeurs de friture des restau aux alentours (la maison étant au-dessus d’un Vevdeur de beignet 🍩…) - Pas calme car à proximité des Restaurants et bars de nuit… Ideale pour les amoureux de l’océan… Ce qui est notre cas 😅

Le Top du top dans le coin pour des vacances cool

Super maison, spacieuse, confortable, très bien équipée, bien décorée, (Clim dans les chambres en plus), à 2 minutes de la plage. Nous étions 3 familles avec 7 enfants/ ado. La maison est idéale pour ce type de vacances famille/amis. Il y a beaucoup de place pour ne pas se gêner, repas possibles à l’intérieur ou extérieur (2 terrasses couvertes) petite piscine exposée plein sud. Le super super plus c’est bien entendu la plage située à 2 minutes, les petits bars, restaurants à pied, …les commerces sont à 5’ en voiture. Le propriétaire Nicolas est très sympa et super réactif en cas de demandes. Je recommande à 200%. Fabrice

Je n'ose dire ce que nous avons vraiment pensé de notre séjour de peur de trop dévoiler cette merveilleuse location. Tout était parfait, nous étions chez nous. Et l'emplacement est top plus que top. Quant à Nicolas, notre hôte, il a fait en sorte que l'on se sente bien du début à la fin. Nous y retournerons très vite sans aucune hésitation !

Très belle location qui correspond bien au descriptif, bien équipée. Nous avons apprécié la grande terrasse avec piscine, parfaite pour profiter du soleil. J'ai bien aimé la petite terrasse surélevée à l'arrière, originale permettant d'apercevoir la mer et le soleil couchant. Localisation parfaite pour profiter de la plage à quelque dizaines de mètres. Petit bémol, Ondres centre est à 4 km. Mais 3 restaurants sur place si on ne veut pas cuisiner. Je recommande le So Beach.

Très bel endroit et villa très accueillante proche de nombreuses activités. De l'espace pour un séjour en famille dans un environnement reposant. Les enfants ont adoré la piscine même si à cette époque l'eau était un peu fraiche. Les parents ont beaucoup aimé les terrasses qui incitent à se reposer et prendre l'apéro :-) Merci pour nous avoir accueilli.

Une localisation exceptionnelle

Si vous souhaitez faire une pause, c'est l'endroit idéal. La maison est sur la plage, à 10 mêtres de l'escalier qui mène à l'océan. Cette plage est magique, du bois flotté partout, des bunkers à graffer (pour ceux qui aiment), Bayonne et Biarritz en repères visuels sur l'horizon à gauche, les dunes qui dominent le panorama, bref l'endroit est très spectaculaire. La maison est bien équipée, bien isolée-chauffée en hivers, petit bac à sable perso pour les enfants, petite terrasse cabane avec tobogan derrière le jardin, cheminée, wifi qui fonctionne bref parfait. Nous avons loué cette maison pour les fêtes de fin d'année, ambiance bout du monde assurée! Peut-être différent en été mais vous évitez la galère du stationnement, vous êtes déjà sur place!

Atlantik zum Greifen nah

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der Villa Oceana sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt wirklich nur wenige Meter vom Strand entfernt. Der Strand selber ist ein paar Meter außerhalb der überwachten Zone relativ leer, man kann längere schöne Strandspaziergänge in beide Richtungen unternehmen. Die Villa ist das einzige Ferienhaus dort direkt am Strand, direkt gegenüber liegt ein sehr gutes Restaurant La Plancha mit tollem Blick aufs Meer bei Sonnenuntergang, zudem befinden sich einige kleinere Imbisse und Shops hinter dem Haus. Dennoch ist es sehr ruhig. Die Ausstattung bietet alles, was man in einer Urlaubswoche am Meer benötigt. Zu den wunderschönen Orten in der Umgebung ist es mit dem Auto nicht allzu weit, maximal eine Stunde. Die Abstimmung mit den Eigentümern verlief ohne Probleme. Wir können die Villa Oceana weiterempfehlen.

Fantastic location!

We had a fantastic holiday, the location of the villa is perfect if you spending time on the beach and surfing, just a 3 minute walk and you are on the beach. The Villa had everything we needed, all the appliances were in good working order and expense had not been spared with the quality of them. There is an excellent fish restaurant on the beach which had a great atmosphere in the evening. Nicolas was a great host and we would like to thank him for a truly memorable holiday.
