Une belle parenthèse

Tout d'abord l'emplacement de la résidence est vraiment parfait. Proche de la plage, pas trop éloigné du centre et surtout bien placé pour visiter les différents points d'intérêt de la région. L'appartement était fonctionnel, propre mais poussiéreux. Nous étions dans un droit plutôt calme ce qui était satisfaisant. L'espace piscine est très agréable, même si je pense qu'une fois la résidence remplie, ce qui n'était pas notre cas, l'espace doit être un peu limite. L'entretien de la piscine était très bien grâce à la personne s'occupant de l'intendance de la résidence. En plus d'un bon boulot, cette personne était très gentille et de bon conseil. Concernant la sortie, l'exigence de l'état de sortie nous a semblé un peu pointilleuse en regard de celui d'entrée et du ménage qui avait été fait. En effet, on nous a demandé de déplacer les meubles et d'enlever la poussière dessous et derrière, ce qui n'avait sûrement pas été fait précédemment étant donné la quantité présente. Dommage que ce contrôle n'ai pas été fait entre le précédent locataire et nous. Hormis cela, nous avons passé une très bonne semaine et nous retiendrons la grande gentillesse du gardien et intendant de la résidence, Emmanuel.

Logement impeccable et fonctionnel Residence propre et calme. Juste un bémol les ralentisseurs sur la route intérieur sont trop élevés cela touche de bas de la voiture même a faible allure (10km)comme c est demandé.

Agréable séjours

Nous avons passé un très bon séjours, le cadre est agréable. Il s’agit de notre 4eme année consécutive. Bémol pour le ménage à notre arrivée. Comme pour les années précédentes, la taille des lits est à revoir et un coup de rafraîchissement des appartements ferait du bien.

Pour notre 4ème séjour dans cette résidence, nous avons logé dans une maisonnette. Endroit très calme en septembre malgré le monde encore présent, joli parc arboré, parking, intérieur propre à notre arrivée, literie confortable, Wi-Fi et télévision gratuits. Le personnel à l'accueil est souriant et à l'écoute, piscine, tennis et terrain de pétanque sur place. La mer est à 800 m. Ce domaine est situé près des grandes villes touristiques comme Bayonne, Biarritz et de l'Espagne.

Excellente adresse de vacances proximité de l'océa

4ème année consécutive de fidélité (dont 6 réservations/an) au sein de cette magnifique résidence nichée au cœur des pins à 1minute de l'océan. Appartements très récents, spacieux et fonctionnels. Piscine 3 bassins. 2 Tennis. Quant à l'accueil chaleureux du jeune et dynamique directeur (fidèle au poste chaque année) accompagné de jeunes très agréables animatrices, c'est déjà des vacances réussies....même si cette saison très spéciale point de pôle animations pour nos 2 garçons. Revenons en 2021!

Tolle Lage in der Nähe vom Strand, ca. 20 Min zu Fuss

Die Check In Daten wurden uns von der Agentur falsch übermittelt. So musste wir eine Stunde warten, bis die Rezeption geöffnet wurde. Die Zimmer sind sehr einfach und schlicht eingerichtet. Für den Preis aber völlig in Ordnung. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr sicher. Alles geschützt von einem Zaun. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Betten ganz okay. Die Küche ist mit fast allem ausgestattet. Es fehlt nur ein Backofen. Wir waren zufrieden.

Schöner Urlaub in einer schönen Anlage

Die Anlage ist zwar schon ein bißchen in die Jahre gekommen aber sehr gepflegt und sauber. Da wir erst sehr spät anreisen konnten, wurde der Check-in unkomlpliziert und für uns sehr einfach durchgeführt. Sehr freundliches Peronal.
