The central location made it easy for us to explore the town and reach the nearby train station. We didn't realize that there is a very steep set of stairs leading to the second floor where our apartment was located. "Die Hausbootvilla ist einzigartig. Umfangreich und luxuriös ausgestattet. Der Außenbereich des Hausbootes mit der Terrasse lädt zum Relaxen ein. Es fahren tagsüber viele Boote vorbei und es wird nie langweilig. Giethoorn selbst als Venedig des Nordens bezeichnet, verdient diesen Namen. Die Abwicklung der Reise war unproblematisch und ok."
