"Es el peor lugar para quedarse, no es hotel, ni cabañas como dice la página. Es un engaño ya que son remolques, solo tienen una cabaña que está llena de goteras. La parte de los remolques para dormir no puedes estar parado, porque tiene una altura de 1mt. El agua de la regadera no la puedes regular, se va a los extremos, y no te puedes bañar. Se les comentó pero dicen que no lo cambiarán, ya que tienen que cambiar toda la instalación y no harán el gasto ( comentarios del personal que nos...

"The place is amazing, in the middle of the forest, difficult to get there due to road condition, moody road and raining days not a good combination. The place doesn't have a personal to help you. You are at your own. We call for help, we recived text massage only and no one never show up to help us to fix the problem we call for. "The bathrooms have a very bad drain smell"

"There is no place like the Santa Maria. The history is very impactful and the ground are gorgeous. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hike up to the basaltico in the evening was stunning. We started mid-werk in February and things were pretty quiet. The food in the restaurant was pretty good, but not great. The guac was the highlight. The hamburger was a strange interpretation of a burger. We stayed in the newer rooms and it was quiet and clean. The wifi actually worked better than expected. We watched the Mask of Zorro that night so we could see the property in the movies. Although they added extra blankets to the bed, there was no heat and it was a little cold in our room. My only suggestion would be to add portable space heaters to the rooms for the off season. "
