Beautiful 3-family house "Dada". 600 m from the centre, outside the resort, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 450 m from the sea, in the countryside. In the house: internet access, washing machine (for shared use). Parking at the house. Shop, restaurant 600 m, bus stop 1.3 km, pebble beach 450 m. Please note: Additional accommodations can be booked. The owner offers transfer from the airport to the object (extra cost).

Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (150 cm, length 200 cm). 1 small room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (80 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the terrace. Kitchenette (4 hot plates). 2 showers/WC. No heating option. Large terrace 20 m2, south facing position. Terrace furniture. Very beautiful view of the sea. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Gute und Einfache Ferienwohnung

Grundlegend ist die Wohnung Gut, funktional und sehr sehr sauber. Preis Leistung ist Gut. Bilder geben einen anderen Eindruck als es ist. Es sind zwei Bäder ausgeschrieben, im Expose ist nur das schöne sanierte zusehen und das zweite schon sehr in die Jahre gekommende nicht (aber wirklich top sauber) Garten sieht auf den Bildern super aus. In Echt aber unaufgeräumt, nicht wirklich einladend zum Grillen etc. Angrenzendes Grundstück war eine Autoverwertung.
