Second Honeymoon in Mimice
Our holiday in View Talay Cottage, Mimice was holiday perfection for us - an amazing second honeymoon! We absolutely loved the view from the terrace, yet we felt totally secluded and private. Thank you to Slaven for being a super host (especially for his fig tree - we had delicious figs every morning for breakfast!) We hope to be back one day! Mark and Amanda

Honeymoon in Mimice
We had an amazing time in Slavens lovely little villa on the hill in Mimice - he was so friendly and helpful and has literally thought of everything. The house has everything you need for a stay and the view is stunning!! Highly reccomend.

Lovely cottage in Beautiful location
The views from Talay Cottage are stunning and in the main the facilities are excellent. It is a lovely place to hang out and relax. However, the cottage is on a hill above the main coastal road so there is some road noise. This didn’t bother us too much but if you are searching for a quiet idyllic location, you may be dissapointed. You definitely need a car at this cottage as all restaurants and bars are a steep walk away! The cottage is well equipped except for a microwave and a kettle. British tea drinkers beware! I would not recommend this cottage for children or the elderly / infirm as there are many steps and hard surfaces as well as steep winding steps inside. Slaven was a great and attentive host and kindly let us stay extra nights at short notice. He was very helpful and communication with him was excellent.

Cosy, private, fabulous views, great host
The cottage is perfect for a restful holiday. The views from the terrace are stunning all day and great to dip in the pool to cool off from the sunshine. Well-equipped and well thought out accommodation it has character. Slaven is a nice guy - he has been very easy to deal with, responsive and helpful. There are restaurants and bars down in the harbour of Mimice and Omis is not far. Adequate supermarket in the village so you don't have to go far if you choose.

Small but perfect
Our family travel as often as possible and we are renting holiday homes around the world. Slaven's new built cottage is perfect! It's pretty small but well equipped and has everything you need for your vacation. Location is perfect in a quiet residential area, but no neighbors close to the house. It's only two minutes distance with car to a supermarket and several beautiful beaches. The view from terrace is stunning and we enjoyed spending time there in the evenings, with a glass of wine, while our children played in the pool. Slaven is a great host! Very helpful and available if you need something. We can highly recommend this lovely house and Mimice for a peaceful vacation.

Liebevolles Häuschen
Der Treffpunkt mit Slaven vor dem Supermarkt war perfekt und die Einweisung in seinem schmucken Haus war unkompliziert. Das herliche Panorama von der Terrasse haben wir sehr genossen. Die Bilder in der Homepage entsprechen der Wirklichkeit. Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Ganz super war der Wasserspender der nicht selbstverständlich ist und den wir sehr geschätzt haben. Dadurch dass es keine Nachbaren gibt, ist die Ruhe und Privatsphäre auch erwähnenswert. Wir können dieses Haus für Zwei unbedeklich weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank Slaven für die unvergesslichen Tage!!!

Erholung pur mit traumhaften Ausblick
Sehr gepflegtes alleinstehendes Ferienhaus, ideal für2 Personen. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und das Abkühlen in dem sauberen Pool genossen. Die vom Vermieter eingestellten Fotos entsprechen genau der Wirklichkeit. Slaven war ein sehr aufmerksamer und sympathischer Gastgeber. VIELEN DANK SLAVEN! Slaven's Häuschen
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Häuschen ist klein aber fein. Alles was für einen 2 wöchigen Urlaub benötigt wird,ist vorhanden. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist unglaublich schön. Slaven,der Vermieter des Häuschen,ist äußerst hilfsbereit und stets bemüht seinen Gästen den Urlaub so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Schon am Anreisetag hat er uns am örtlichen Supermarkt in Empfang genommen und zum Haus geführt. Der Pool wurde von uns jeden Tag genutzt, ideal auch für Leute die keine Meerbader sind. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und sagen auf diesem Wege "Vielen Dank Slaven"! Liebe Grüße Ute und Ronald

Unvergesslicher Urlaub in Mimice
Wir haben die Woche in diesem entzückenden Häuschen sehr genossen. Alles war sehr sauber und privat. Die Einrichtung zweckmäßig und die Küche gut sortiert. Toll war auch der Wasserspender für gekühltes Trinkwasser. Die Aussicht, der Pool, die Terrasse mit Griller einfach genial. Ein perfekter Ort für eine entspannte Zeit zu zweit. Unser lieber Vermieter, Slaven, war sehr bemüht und hat sehr gut erreichbar. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank an Slaven!

Tolles Ferienhaus mit herrlichem Ausblick
Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem schönen Ferienhaus wirklich sehr genossen. Das Haus ist in schöner Alleinlage am Berg gelegen und bietet eine tolle Aussicht auf den Ort Mimice und das Meer in allen Richtungen. Das Haus ist klein aber fein und sehr gemütlich und u.a. auch mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Jegliche Utensilien, die für den Aufenthalt benötigt werden, sind vorhanden. Sogar ein Wasserspender kann genutzt werden. Auch den Pool bot uns täglich eine herrliche Erfrischung. Der Vermieter hat ihn regelmäßig gesäubert. Slaven, der Vermieter, war außerordentlich hilfsbereit, sehr freundlich und sympathisch. Er war jederzeit erreichbar, wenn es Fragen gab. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt für Ruhesuchende. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
