"Spacious room, open concept, with kitchenette, fridge, range, and microwave. Full set of plates, pots & pans, glasses. Important missing tool was a big (or medium size) sharp knife. Coffee maker and kettle with set of teas and coffee to your taste. Good sturdy chairs and a shaky table for kitchenette (should say a patio table), TV, electric heating, and A/C. Washing machine and drying rack.
Nice patio set in the front of the unit with big umbrella and chairs. Two additional folding chairs...
