"Lovely hotel, looks like the photographs. Food was brilliant, I usually dislike buffets however the food was very tasty with variety. Majority of the staff were lovely, however some were very rude. Reception staff (except the porter who was absolutely lovely, always had a smile on his face!) were very rude, didn’t even say bye or asked about our stay at check out. "A really unique place to stay. It's a litt l e hard to find as the entrance is the ladt door on the left down a narrow lane off the souk. You have to find parking off-site, so I parked in front of the MonoPrix and left it there. Great atmosphere and room. The staff was great as they were very friendly. "This is our 3rd time visiting Bel Azur and we had a wonderful time. We were there 2 weeks. We had a basic double room this time. There were a couple maintenance issues with our room (light bulb changes and shower head change) but the hotel took care of them right away. It was a spacious room with a large balcony.
