"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hanalei colony resort. The staff was amazing! I made a mistake booking something, and they worked frantically to make sure that we made it. The shuttle service is an amazing perk that you should definitely take advantage of. I was not expecting the room to not have an air conditioner, but, leaving the Windows/screen door open, made the room completely comfortable. The property landscaping is gorgeous.
