Illiterate check-in personnel. Room filthy, broken, poor maintenance, cleaning, dirty towels still on bathroom floor, horrid odor, blood sprayed on wall, party in parking lot, etc.

Book it for a family member. They love the stay service etc. However they felt unsafe at that location. There was a person who was breaking into rooms. My family member out of huge concern just packed up and left after the resident admited it to my family member and there friend. My family member also experienced and unlock door prior to this confession and bragging of sneaking in rooms.

I liked the price but upon visiting the property it looked like a very bad motel 6 and although it was in a good area i couldn't imagine sleeping there. i transferred out :(

This property has been neglected for years. Even simple maintenance has not been done. The room was not clean. Even the common sidewalk areas looked like they hadn't been swept for a long time. It's a very unpleasant place.

Solid no frills hotel.
Really good hotel for me. Quiet and no frills. Had mini fridge, microwave, flat screen and wifi. Well worth the price.

This hotel was extremely dirty and run down. There were cracks and holes in the wall. There was what looked to be juice spattered on the floor and ceiling and trash can. The floor was literally sticky. I couldn’t walk around in it without shoes.

The hotel was dirty disgusting and run down. There was a homeless person in the dumpster. When I checked in there was a women that seemed to be on some medication of some sort yelling at the man behind the desk she seemed to be homeless then she turned her anger to me asked to use my phone it made me very uncomfortable. So I lost my money that I reserved my two night room because a gathered my things and left. I was afraid for my safety.

Good location but the hotel itself was very poor. Stained bed cover, burn marks on bathroom sink, room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, graffiti on the back of the door to the room, drywall patchmarks that hadn't been fully repaired. Sketchy people hanging out all over the property. Terrible experience. Definitely do not recommend.

This is probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It is rundown and outdated, and overall, in really poor condition. I would recommend finding another place to stay.

Not a pleasant experience
We requested a non smoking room on 1st floor. Staff said they were full and could not give us a 1st floor. Our room reeked of smoke and had an ash tray. I returned the front desk to show a printed copy of my request and staff argued and indicated I could go somewhere else. They finally gave me a different room but I got bitten over night I think by bed bugs. The parking lot was never more than 1/3 full with 1st floor rooms available. This was a terrible experience and should be taken off travel sites listings.

I booked this hotel because of promised breakfast, however, when we showed up to breakfast - still within breakfast times - we were given 1 dry old muffin and leftover coffee, without any apology or respect; this treatment wasn't really appreciated; don't promise what you can't provide or charge people more for false promises.

Wouldn’t stay again....
Was looking for a smoking room, and they have them, but the other issues made the stay bad. Spacious room with good flat screen, but needs to be updated. Seen 4 roaches crawling, toilet ran all night, the fridge hummed all night.

Terrible. I was charged double by the hotel and had to call Hotels.com to help fix the charges which I now have to wait for. The hotel clerk barely listened when I tried explaining I had already paid and just told me to take care of it in the morning. The room was disgusting. Messy bed, dirty comforter and sheets, pop bottles and coffee cups on the tables, cigarette butts everywhere, a wet towel in the corner of the bathroom and no toilet paper. After difficult check in and night in general just settled figuring it was probably gonna be worse in the next room.

It's roadway inn now if your looking for econo. Looks good on the out side . The people are nice , the rooms don't have much . One office chair , desk , tv, refeg, micoway , drows and a not to bad of a bed . The floors are not to clean you feet get black after a shower. Gets noisy , had a fight next door ,trashed the room and broke out the windows out. So if your looking for that's it.

The signage still said Rodeway Inn, and the hot breakfast advertised didn't happen because they were waiting for an inspection. Also, I had a non smoking reservation a week in advance, and still spent the first night in a smoking room. Not good. Check in took over 20 minutes, too.
