I don't recall seeing smoke detectors or house rules. House took a long time warm up an electric fire place on the wall would have been nice along with extra blankets. Hot water took long to warm. A dresser or chifferobe would have been nice in the bedroom . I Would suggest clearer instructions to the location of the house.
