Booking is easy, Ashely is exceptionally communicative and informative. Overall the stay was great. Location is near downtown area which is accessible to restaurants and places to visit. The dwelling is pleasant and cozy with all the necessary amenities. Some minuses were the restrooms (guest and downstairs) not being very clean, so there may be some disinfecting required. Soap dispensers were really diluted, therefore buy soap for your stay. For the price, it should be up to cleaning crew to strip sheets and consolidate towels as I’m sure it’s included in the bill. It’s also one less thing for the customers to think about or do prior to leaving. Additionally, check-out time is emphasized very clearly in email and in fridge instructions, therefore it’s unnecessary to send constant reminders. Especially on day of check-out when guests are packing up. Plus there’s a Ring doorbell, so property owner has knowledge of when family is gone. 10 AM check out seems a bit early, especially when considering the cost.Loud fiesta approx. 3 doors down on Sat night with loud music into early a.m. Out of owners control, but annoying.Aside from the minuses, this property does provide spacious living space for duration of stay. It is also filled with books and entertaining card activities. A standout— the kitchen is complete with all essential dish-ware and cookware making the stay more feasible for home cooked meals and limited expense of ordering out.
