Comfortable Apartment in Northwest Omaha

The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood with maximum privacy. It is 15 min. from Omaha's zoo; 10 min. from the Old Market; 5 min. from shopping/restaurants; 15 min. from the airport. The 1000 sq. ft. apartment occupies the lower level of our house with a separate entrance and patio. SANITATION PLEDGE: We are taking extra measures to make sure your rented space is safe. At each cleaning, we use disinfectant to wipe down all surfaces, handles, railings, light switches, remote controls and appliances. We wash all linens using the 'sanitize' setting. We have received reviews from over 450 guests with an average of 4.91 out of a 5 point scale with another rental company. We are considered "Super Hosts."

This was a great little place! We enjoyed being able to cook and relax at the end of the long day. It was very comfortable and room for our boys to play. The location is great, there’s a grocery and Starbucks nearby. It’s easy to get to the zoo and other locations. Todd was very friendly and helpful. We’d love to stay again.

Couldn’t get a hold of manager to get key at first but he called back about 30 minutes later. Was very helpful and friendly after that. Great little quiet place. Enjoyed sitting out in the patio in the mornings.

Great apartment

Everything about the apartment was as shown in the listing and was very clean. The kitchen is well stocked and we found the house with no issues. The neighborhood is quiet and we came and went without issues. Katy Helped me get the key when I struggled with the combination. We enjoyed our time there and if in Omaha we would recommend this quiet retreat.

We enjoyed our stay, the place was clean and ready when we arrived. We were a little disappointed w the “sleeps” 5. We had 5 guys on the trip and the apartment really doesn’t sleep 5 guys. The blow up mattress had a hole in it and didn’t last long. I would stay again w less people as it was handy.
