The Space:
Located right off I-80, in the Aksarben neighborhood. Only a couple miles from most hospitals, University of Nebraska at Omaha, and the Baxter Arena.
Aksarben Village is less than a mile away from the apartment, which is one of the best entertainment districts in Omaha. Enjoy local restaurants, shopping, and events.
Don't forget about our World Famous Henry Doorly Zoo or the Old Market Downtown about 15 min away.

Guests will have full access to the apartment with a private entrance.

1. There is no laundry facility on site, however several laundromats are within 2 miles of your apartment. We recommend WashWorld about a 6 min drive.
2. Parking is on a first come first serve basis in our open lot. There are no assigned stalls.
3. Proximity to Carwash: This unit is situated near a local carwash, so you may occasionally hear some noise, particularly when stepping outside.

The communication before check in was good, apartment was clean with plenty of towels and stocked coffee, location was very convenient. The kitchen was clean but i did not use it except for coffee. Parking was easy. The only disappointment was how hard it was to acquire and extra blanket. With it being 3 degrees outside, it would have been nice to have at least one available. I had asked on the first night and never got one out of 4 nights.
