The rooms have airconditioning what made our stay even more pleasant. Nice swimming pool. The food was enough and good. The service ok but maybe the employees should wait a bit more before taking away the dishes. The location is very close to the centre. Shortly , we would choose again this hotel for a next holiday. "I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and can’t recommend it enough! The staff were all incredibly friendly and responsive, and nothing was ever too much trouble. The breakfast was absolutely lovely, and if they had served dinner too, I would have happily eaten there every night. While the hotel doesn’t have its own pool, don’t let that put you off. They’ve thought of everything! The owner kindly arranged for me to access a nearby pool free of charge - such a thoughtful and generous gesture. Of course, that would be dependent on the availability at the pool, but I never had any issues with that, and it was a great solution. Some might worry about noise because of how close the hotel is to the centre, but for me, the location was perfect. I loved being just a 2-minute walk from everything! And if you simply shut the bathroom window and balcony door and turn on the aircon, it’s peaceful and comfortable. My favourite part? The mornings. Everyone else was still asleep, and I would enjoy my coffee in complete serenity, listening to birdsong and taking in the breathtaking view of the mountains. Truly mirific. This place has heart, soul, and hospitality that’s hard to find. A hidden gem! Shaban and team, I am looking forward to seeing you all again soon! Aida"

"We had an amazing experience at the Flamingo Hotel & Spa! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the spa facilities were absolutely top-notch – the perfect place to relax and unwind. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with a great atmosphere and attention to detail in every corner. Breakfast was delicious, and the service throughout our stay was consistently excellent. The only small downside was the difficulty in finding parking – it wasn’t easy to find a convenient spot, which made arrival and departure a bit stressful. However, once we settled in, everything else more than made up for it. Overall, we highly recommend Flamingo Hotel & Spa and would definitely love to return. Just be prepared to spend a little extra time finding a parking space! "

"Excellent food and views around, good quality of service, good service in restaurants, the spa complex is in a cool place, but it could do with renovation. Also the water park is in a great place, but I would like more modern slides. Evening entertainment was quite interesting and exciting. Twice a week in the evening in the cafe on the beach you can watch the sunset with live music and it's cool. I can also highlight the tea house with a good selection of brewed tea. In general, the hotel leaves only positive impressions. Four of us rested for 10 days (3 adults and a teenager) and everyone was satisfied and we were not bored even one day. I can recommend this hotel for visiting."
