This is a Unique Palac, pristine, fresh, modern, comfortable, every détail imaginable Has a gorgeons view and the food is excellent! it has been tanker amo h the the best 100 restaurants in Poland for the last years Highly recommend!!

I truly loved this hotel. The building is beautiful same as the garden. They also have one of the top restaurants in Poland. The staff was extremely nice and welcoming. We ended up staying for an extra night. I would recommend this hotel

Place to relax, well communicated, exquisite food

Great place to be, with outstanding service, exquisite food and comfortable rooms. As for the winter time only pool is missing, but in other periods lake seems nice to take bath.

Amazing place

We only stayed one night in this amazing place. A quite small boutique hotel, freshly renovated with an special love to detail in an amazing hotel-owned park. We had dinner that evening and the food was perfectly matching the overall experiance. Would happily give more than 5 stars. Thanks to the hotel team!

Lovely, modern hotel

Lovely new construction hotel where an old palace once stood. Very modern appointments and rooms. We prefer a bit more charm and historical reference but can see the appeal of this place. The food was great but dining room and common areas very stark. Nowhere to really relax or unwind which resulted in an early departure. The room with large windows was beautiful but definitely in need of proper bedside lamps. It was either overhead fixture or reading spots. No elevator or bell service so best to pack light. Very pretty grounds with the lake views.

Super Ausblick - Hotel mit Stiel

Super Service: Fahrzeug wird auf dem schmalen Parkplatz geparkt, geladen und gereinigt. Guter Hotelservice, Mehrsprachig neben Französisch, Englisch und zum Teil Deutsch. Super Lage, Blick auf den schönen Yachthafen -wie aus dem Bilderbuch- Aber einen wichtigen Hinweis: Das Restaurant frühzeitig buchen, am besten schon bei der Hotelreservierung.

Detale robią różnicę

Generalnie OK, choć patrząc na detale nie byłem zadowolony z pobytu. Brakuje gościnności, która jeszcze kilka lat temu była na wysokim poziomie. Serwis poprawny, ale nie bardzo dobry czy wybitny. W łazience ciemno, ewidentnie są problemy z wodą, pod prysznicem ciśnienie jest bardzo małe, momentami nie ma ciepłej wody, ponadto brak balsamu do ciała. Śniadania OK, choć nieco rozczarowujące, brakuje wyróżników jak np. wiejski mazurski chleb, świeżo wyciskane soki czy mleko owsiane. Menu w restauracji krótkie, ale każdy wybierze coś dla siebie. Dania smaczne.

Sehr gefallen hat uns das Hotel selbst und der weitläufige sehr schön gepflegte Garten. Nicht begeistert waren wir vom Service. Hier hat das Hotel deutlichen Nachholbedarf. Dies beginnt beim Check-in über mangelhafte bis nicht vorhandene Fremdsprachenkenntnisse bis hin zu allgemein fehlender Herzlichkeit gegenüber dem Gast. Nicht zu verstehen ist, warum beispielsweise in einem Vier bis Fünf-Sterne-Hotel Plastebecher als Zahnputzbecher herhalten müssen, warum beim Frühstück die Gerichte ausschließlich in polnisch gekennzeichnet sind oder warum die schöne Außenterrase im Hochsommer (!) abends nicht zum Getränkeausschank genutzt wird sowie noch einiges andere mehr.

Spokój to luksus

Wspaniały obiekt, cudownie położony nad jeziorem, przepiękny ogród, piękne stylowe wnętrza , obsługa dyskretna, pełna kultura, na bardzo wysokim poziomie. Pokoje wysoki standard, bardzo klimatyczne. Jedzenie godne polecenia, śledzik mistrzostwo świata, śniadanie urozmaicone, przepyszne. To jest miejsce magiczne, czujesz się jak w domu, miejsce dla ludzi którzy szukają spokoju i wytchnienia od codziennej gonitwy.Tu każdy detal jest dopieszczony, nie ma się do czego przyczepić 100/100. Polecam w 100%!!! My tu na pewno jeszcze wrócimy.
