Private: property 2'000 m2, garden (not fenced) with meadow. Rowing boat, parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 8 km, bus stop 6.8 km, railway station "Karlshamn" 23 km, ferry "Helsingborg" 155 km, sandy beach "Orlunden" 5 km, indoor swimming pool 8 km, lake Halen 10 km. Golf course (18 hole) 15 km, fishing possibilities 100 m. Please note: private mooring. Animals in the neighbourhood.

Das Haus ist echt groß und einfach ausgestattet, sehr viel Platz für eine achtköpfige Familie. Die Sauna war erste Klasse! Der See ist naturbelassen und besteht aus mehreren Seenketten. Bei einer Fahrt mit dem Ruderboot auf dem See, sahen wir am Ufer ca. 20m von uns entfernt einen Elchbullen. Das einzige Minus war, dass wir bei unserer Ankunft den Müll entsorgen mussten und einige Bereiche erst säubern mussten.

Zimmer sehr großzügig und gut eingerichtet. In den großen Schlafzimmern könnten vielleicht noch eins zwei schränke für die Kleidung stehen, ansonsten sehr zufrieden.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen

An sich eine tolle Unterkunft, besonders das Grundstück und die Nähe zum See. Jedoch ist die Möbelierung etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Betten waren viel zu weich (durch gelegen). Die Küche war super ausgestattet, mehr als genug Töpfe, Pfannen und auch das Geschirr. Jedoch alles etwas schmuddelig. Aber wenn man es einfach ohne viel Luxus mag, dann ist es völlig ausreichend.

Großzügiges Haus mit großer Ausstattung. Großer Garten, nahe am See. Schöner Steg. Top Angelmöglichkeit. Ruderboottouren in drei verbundenen Seen möglich. Danke!

Super Aufenthalt!

Das Ferienhaus war im üblichen schwedischen Stil eher schlicht eingerichtet, aber für unsere Belange absolut passend. Raumaufteilung war top- wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Das fast perfekte Haus

Also wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in dem Haus und es war eigentlich auch alles da, was da sein sollte. Das einzige was man anmerken könnte, wären zB die Betten, da könnten mal vereinzelt neue Matratzen drauf. Ansonsten sehr geräumig, Küche top ausgestattet, gab auch TV mit deutschem TV. Ich kann das haus nur jedem empfehlen, vor allem wenn man mit mehren ist, oder mit großer Familie. Besitzer auch sehr freundlich und hat geholfen wenn Hilfe nötig war. Danke wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

møg beskidt

Huset er sådan set rigtigt godt og haven er dejlig. Men rengøringen var yderst ringe. Køleskabet var halvt fyldt med gamle, mugne madvarer (nogle med udløbsdato fra for over 2 måneder siden, gulvene var møg beskidte,toiletsæderne var ikke engang forsøgt rengjorte og der stod colaflasker halvtfyldte med vand(?) i flere af rummene. Der burdte laves en opdatering vedr. båden da den båd som nævnes er i meget dårlig stand og uden årer, anvisningen på hvor båden er er også mangelfuld.

Entspannung Pur / Ruhe und Zufriedenheit

Wir waren jetzt das zweite mal dort und können uns nicht Beschweren, der Vermieter ist sehr nett und zuverlässig. Hier und dort sieht man, dass das Haus schon viele Gäste aufgenommen hat. Super fanden wir den renovierten Steg und die Sitzbank ist einfach Klasse. Das Haus ist gut gelegen, kleiner Kritikpunkt die Matratzen, Dunstabzughaube und der Terrassenboden sollten repariert werden ein Brett war schon kaputt. Hier und da sollte mal was erneuert oder renoviert werden! Wir kommen wieder
