Our stay was amazing. Annie and the rest of the staff were so friendly and helpful. They all worked so hard to make our stay pleasant. The property was well located, clean and had lots of beautiful flowers.
It was incredible to sit in the beautiful garden and see the ruins so close by. The room was comfortable and clean, and the included breakfast was decent (cereal, yogurt, eggs, bread, jam/butter, juice, fruit, tea/coffee). It was nice to have tea available at all times. Jorge and Jenrry were both kind; Jenrry went above and beyond, letting me know that he had found my ATM card after I had checked out, and had his grandmother bring it to me in Cusco. I am forever grateful for his help!
Great hotel! The rooms are nice; fantastic hot shower; the breakfast was great (freshly cooked eggs, bread, and fruit); super friendly English speaking staff; and a very nice outdoor space to have a snack or drink.
I would definitely stay here on a return visit and would totally recommend it to anyone else.
The Iskay was fantastic. Felt like we were in a genuine boutique hotel. Great bed, bedding and hot showers. The staff, particularly Mauricio, was exceptionally attentive to our needs and requests. Breakfasts were good. An on site restaurant is now operating and where we enjoyed a tasty dinner. The views from the hotels veranda are stunning. Compliments to owner Jorge and his staff for making our 5 day stay exceed all expectations.
We checked in at around 9:30pm. Our room was not ready. Missing towels, shampoo. The linen on the bed was dirty. Had small brown stains. Very dusty underneath the bed. Would not recommend this place at all. For 50 dollars a night there are many other hotels in the area that you can choose
The mountain view of the ruins and the friendly helpful staff are amazing.!!!

Great service, sent us on an expensive taxi
Service was great. They individually served us in the morning. The only downside is that he had a friend take us back in a taxi to cusco for 150 Soles, which is way too expensive compared to the usual rates, so we felt cheated.
This is a great place to stay. The owner was willing to share a lot of knowledge about the area, and provided actual booking help as opposed to just references to his tour partners, The views are great. The only issue was that the wifi really only worked close to the lobby, and I burned through some data before realizing how much it dropped.
Our stay at Hotel Iskay was very delightful. They were very thoughtful and provided great service. We were very glad we chose their hotel. Views from our room of the Inca ruins and the close proximity to the plaza, made us feel a part of their community, we enjoyed our entire stay. Clean and professional.
I would stay here again. Marvelous hospitality and a wonderful location with views of the Inca ruins. When we came back to the hotel after an overnight visit to Machu Picchu the staff greeted us like old friends.
Good for the price... Basic but clean. Breakfast was nice.Location is just perfect

They didn't have WiFi and told me that no one in town had service. After I paid it took me 30 minutes to find out everyone else had WiFi. I was unable to communicate with my family from the hotel.
The staff are very helpful and friendly.
The view of the mountains from my room were outstanding. The breakfast was good, with eggs cooked any style to order. I would definitely stay here again.
