"Hotel is outstanding, it’s over 500 years old and it’s immaculate, food was great, very quiet, first time we have ever stayed in a Palace, room was large with a King bed. My only criticism is that it doesn’t have a true shower. Staff were so polite and accommodating ….we loved the place. Shout out to Lucia who checked us in made us feel so welcome. Appreciated Irina’s help this morning on the check out. "

"Amazing little boutique hotel. Beautiful setting for dinner overlooking La Spezia and the harbour. The staff were fantastic and even gave our son some gifts and my wife for her birthday. Thanks guys, it was only 1 night stay on our road trip but it was very memorable."

"The property is absolutely gorgeous! The room itself was small but the bathroom is huge. The outdoor common areas are breathtaking. Be ready for a small hike up the stairs but the view is well worth it. Highly recommend but suggest not taking too much luggage with you."

Luca, the chef came around during dinner chatting with the tables. The farm to table style of dining was unique and always delicious. We loved the mountain trails to explore the landscape and the views are spectacular. "It was a short drive to town. It was quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was good. I loved the cappuccino, my only suggestion would be to have an egg option. "

"Great hotel if you’re not fussed about food breakfast or the pool. Staff were the only thing which was great apart from the sea view room ofcourse. We enjoyed our stay inside the room but hotel seemed to have some smell. Parking also was super busy hotel didn’t have private spots."
