"We stayed at a room with type "Classic Suite, Private Bathroom" for one night in July. The room is too small for 4 people. Smell coming out from shower sink. The day of our stay it was quite hot and there was a vantilator in the room that was not working well and unfortunately the staff was not able to find an alternative solution. I must say the staff was very kind however this was not enough to prevent the bad experience.

"Basically the hotel restaurant was not open. We checked in and the owner disappeared. We felt like we were the only ones in the hotel. It was a. Dry strange experience. We had a mini bar in our room, but basically it was a trip into nearest town 7k away to get provisions.
When we checked out in the morning, we were asked for payment . I explained and showed evidence that we had pre paid. Hotel clearly not used to bookings from Expedia. It was a little uncomfortable for all to say the least."
"Everything is just perfect. The room, the spa, breakfast, the meals at the restaurant, the staff.
One advice to the hotel: try to fix the shower slippery floor, it is way too slippery and dangerous, especially for old people. Everything else, just perfect.

We were greeted with fresh flower, fresh fruit and a welcome glass of local wine. Karl our host was kind, friendly and very informative. He gave us wonderful recommendations for dining and wine bar options in the area. Everything is within walking distance, and the vacation apartment is perfectly situated in a very tranquil part of the village, with views of the vineyards and the breathtaking castle."
