Our room was very comfortable. The hotel is huge and off the beaten path a bit but the price was right for a quick overnight work trip.

Beautiful hotel. Very clean and smells wonderful throughout the hotel. Only 2 complaints I have is the complimentary breakfast was not good at all! Biscuits and eggs were not done. The hotel does not have an awning at front so when it's raining, like it was during or stay, you get wet trying to get your luggage in and out of your vehicle. The hotel restaurant had good food and awesome service. But overall, nice place to stay.

The check in and out attendants could have been more friendly. The elevator instructions should have also been included as it was not as defined as you would think it would be. For example to go to a room of the 200’s you had to hit M in elevator to get to and to get to a 400 room number you had to go to 4R or would end up on floor with 300 rooms.

The beds r very comfortable and the breakfast was great. I like the rooms having access to the outside instead of walkn a mile to get to a exit. But there hotel didnt have extra shower chairs for there handi for accessible room and the room is outdated from the lobby and the hallways r very long and with people with breathing problems its very hard to walk other then that i loved it

They put me in a nasty, stinking room with stains everywhere. Oh and bugs. I went to the front desk and told the guy that it was unacceptable and that I would not stay there. He asked me if I would at least stay the night, if he gave me another room , and he would refund all my money the following morning. He did put me in a different room that was somewhat better for the night. Naturally he wasn’t on shift the following morning so I informed the lady at the desk , because no manager was to be found ,about the conversation I had with the night guy and she assured me that the manager would take care of the refund when she came in. 2 1/2 weeks later and no refund and miraculously the manager is always in a meeting and never has returned my calls.

Check in started with a man tracking blood on his shoes through the lobby. Scary. Then checked in to the room which was very rundown to notice the fire alarm didn’t have batteries and kept beeping all night. I called the front desk to have the batteries replaced and they said nobody was able to come do that. Suggested unplugging the fire alarm. Excited to get out the next morning.

The place was nice and clean. Staff were nice at checkin. Only sort of con was that it was SO big and it took me Forever to get to my room from the parking lot. Def not for someone who may have issues walking or breathing.

Love the outdoors scenery BUT cleanliness is a MUST
Bath tub wasn't that clean, glad I had my own cleaning supplies. Because my room was at the end of the hallway, near the door to go outside into the parking lot, the closet was filled with mosquitoes. The coffee maker wasn't clean, so I had to flush it out several times just so I could have hot water for my tea. But the bed was comfortable and clean, and also the area which the bed was in. I was also asked to pay an additional $100 dollars for any damage that may occur, which was crazy because I am a 50 year old woman and it was just me in the room. So I took pictures because that seemed suspect to me.

It looks very formal and business casual. Was nice but just not what I was expecting at all. Especially with the bath tub not having a bottom faucet for the water to come out. Didn’t feel homey at all. Also is very easy to get lost inside of the building. I wasn’t able to enjoy the breakfast included due to not having any idea where it was located.

AMAZING!!
This is such a hidden gem. The bed was 10x more comfortable than the Hampton Inn I stayed at a couple days prior. I was beyond happy & content. The breakfast was phenomenal. Love this place and won’t stay anywhere else when in that area!!

This was by far the best breakfast ever that was included in the price! Staff was very attentive to our needs and made sure needs were met! I will definitely be visiting this place again!

Paid for 3 star and got less than 2.5
3-star hotel? Maybe nearer to 2.5. Towel bar in room dangling,bathroom tissue holder the same. My daughter felt her 11 year old daughter could have at least as good a job at tiling the bathroom floor. Couldn't believe that ,when I ended up having 4 folks in the room that they had either 1 king bed or 2 double beds...no rooms with 2 queens. Plugins on lamps could not hold a plug good enough to work.

The costumer service was terrible especially the lady call Hiana at the front desk. I might not get her name right but she was terribly rude and unprofessional. She and her co workers made laughers of me and my wife which saddened me. This is the most terrible and horrible costumers service experience ever in my life. Can recommend such place to my worse enemy.
