The property was great the checkin reservation was terrible on Expedia's behalf unsuccessful checkin due to virtual card incorrect from card used to make reservation. The room had to be cancelled and rebooked at the counter

The receptionist was friendly and polite, but unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was unpleasant. An overwhelming chemical odor permeated the entire property, making me feel nauseous and concerned about air quality. Additionally, I noticed suspicious activity that made me feel unsafe. Despite its modern exterior, the room's worn interior gave me doubts about cleanliness and maintenance standards. Ultimately, I decided to leave and book a different hotel due to these issues impacting my comfort and security. I would not recommend staying here.

For the price I really expected better. When I arrived and checked in and received my key. I went to the room. Once I entered the room and had a loud smoke smell which I booked a non-smoking room. I booked a non-smoking room because I’m allergic to smoke . So yes I had to take medicine because of the smoke smell. I went back up to the front to explain the situation and the employee only said they were sorry and said they had no one to clean the room but if I wanted them to come in they would dust. Later that night police and ambulance arrived because a guy gave a kid a edible gummie and he had a bad reaction I guess . So that went on for awhile. The next day I went up front to explain the situation about the room and I wasn’t satisfied and the employee which was a lady just brushed it off and didn’t say anything. I also asked if they had another kitchenettes suite and she said they only had the one I was in. Which might I had was located at the end of the hall where they do laundry and mens and ladies restrooms so during the day while trying to rest all you here is a toilet bowl flushing. They could’ve stated that about the room someone books it in the description. The staff wasn’t helpful or friendly at all. Every time I went to the front desk for something I had to wait because they were outside smoking not paying attention. Really I should’ve been refunded because the stay was not pleasant at all. It looks new but the furniture was old in the room.

The hotel smelled like smoke. The bed was comfortable. The shower didn’t work so we had to let the bath water run and wash ourselves that way. I always look at ratings before I purchase & I wouldn’t have rated it the way others have. Definitely could use some improvements

Some of the amenities in the room were in sad shape. The bed frame had stains and heavy wear; the mini fridge and microwave were damaged but operating well. I think overall worth the price, but it could be better.

This hotel is in poor repair. I paid for a suite with a kitchen. Yes, it had a huge refrigerator, a stovetop and microwave, however, no utensils, dishes or even any paper towels. Beds were nice, but I needed a step stool to get in bed (I'm 5' 5", so I am not too small.) Bathroom floor was filthy at the ground level - does anyone even check this stuff? Breakfast area was ok, with ok choices - and a weird coffee machine. I do not recommend this one. Stay someplace else. The night desk clerk was very sweet and kind.

Couldn’t ask for anything else, everything and everyone was perfect. I’ve never stayed at a property that felt like home. The housekeeping staff was like family, they made me feel more than welcome. Couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay.

My room wasn’t clean for two days and I was later told that I had to request because of the holiday for the room to be clean. Never heard of such and then after the fact you then taking my money, and tell me all the day that I was being checked out.

The hotel was nice, clean and located close to the Highway. The staff on the other hand were out of this world. They were pleasant, helpful and accommodating. The breakfast meal was one of. The best I had experienced in my travels. I could not believe how relaxed we felt when we got settled in. I would highly recommend this hotel 100%.

Responsive front desk staff. Bed is comfy and clean. Good location for travelers. Nice breakfast spread.Our room (115) has a distinct and enduring odor of a previous smoker combined with use of cleaners (Volatile Organic Compounds - VOCs) and scents too mask the odor. Seems ironic the hotel takes a damage deposit for smoking when you are assigned a smoking room😉 Would also be nice not to have smokers at the entrance upon arrival- perhaps a smoking area 20 feet from entrance as is standard in the industry .
