The location is ideal too, just a 10 minute walk down to the waterfront. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Such good value for money as well. "Very interesting concept for a hotel to have it inside a shopping complex. We arrived at night while it was raining. The reception staff were not particularly helpful when we asked about food and recommended Uber Eats but most restaurants seem to close at 8pm so we are left with only fast food options. The stay would have been a much better experience if the staff were friendly."
