Accueil géré par le voisin aux propos rapidement agressifs et désobligeants

J'ai loué seule avec mes 2 enfants. Douche inutilisable pendant 2 jours (fuite). Compréhensifs, nous avons accepté de nous laver dans le jardin sans aucune intimité, pour ces 2 jours (vue directe sur la départementale, et sur l'espace de vie des locataires du dessous). Ayant toutefois osé exprimer mon mécontentement, le voisin m'a demandé pourquoi je me plaignais puisque l'eau était bonne à l'extérieur. Je vous passe le ton agressif et le contenu des propos du voisin le jour de mon départ : du jamais vu !!! Par ailleurs, de la part de la propriétaire : des textos d' excuses sans avoir daigné appeler. Enfin l'idée de "partager" la piscine est un leurre : elle donne directement sur l'espace extérieur de vie des locataires du dessous, difficile de ne pas déranger leur intimité... En conclusion : la prestation n'a pas été honorée en totalité, et la gestion sur place a été déplorable.
