"Good hotel for the price, we were looking just to rest to continue traveling, was very quiet and slept comfortably. Continental breakfast was not “rare to find in the area” but looked OK even we did not eat there. Only downside is that the bathtub could be cleaner, I wouldn’t bath my children on it, shower is good. I would stay again for the same price, if price goes up I would look for other options."

"New management seems unsafe. They did not ask my name, charge for incidentals, look at my ID, or take my credit card before handing me a room key. When I got to the room, the lights didn’t work and the beds weren’t made. This was the most unsafe I’ve ever felt in a hotel and I ended up leaving to stay at another hotel in the area. Since I had already checked in, I wasn’t able to get a refund, either."

"The motel offered a fair price for the room so that was the main draw. They had a nice continental breakfast that was satisfying. I'm not a big breakfast person, so this was perfect as I could have bagels, raisin bread, fruit etc, instead of just my usual cereal. I recommend this place as I would stay there again if I ever came back to Gallup."

"Rodent poop in the nightstand drawers. Broken blinds. No privacy. Broken TV. 1 smelly pillow. Filthy towels. Mold in shower. Broken tiles. Holes and spit on walls. Used napkins in drawers. The receptionist was sleeping. "

"Ameera is an exceptional host. We stayed in her “Charming 4 bedroom… in Gallup” when this 3 bedroom had sustained unexpected damage and was being repaired. Her 4 bedroom was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Gallup is a great place to stay with easy access to groceries, restaurants, the Navajo nation and outdoor adventures. When Ameera couldn’t accommodate us here she seamlessly moved us to the other home. Ameera was immediately available by text, phone, or the app for any concerns. I have no doubt that any home she manages will be comfortable and a great home base for any stay. Thanks for a great stay."
