The rooms are small which is totally fine. The customer service was not all that great except for the one staff member who actually helped us get a fan. The plumbing was messed up and had no hot water, AC, or ice. And they had no way of saying how long it would be that way. The elevators are very tiny and hold only a couple of people with luggage. Room was clean but other than the one helpful staff member, that was all they had going for them.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Stay at RIU!
Everything was absolutely perfect from beginning to end. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the attention to detail throughout the hotel was exceptional. The location was excellent—right in the middle of all the action, making it easy to enjoy everything nearby.
The staff provided great service and made us feel welcomed throughout our stay. I also really appreciated that the ballet practice was included, which was a wonderful added touch.
Overall, an excellent experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this RIU to anyone looking for a great location, beautiful accommodations, and outstanding service!
